Let me first say I am a Mopar kid with a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Short Mega Cummins so I was hoping to buy a 2022 but now I am reconsidering. Secondly, what the blank is FCA doing to improve the truck for 2022?!!! Automatic step rails? REALLY?! How about an announcement of an upcoming trans upgrade from Allison? Plus make the 6.7L HO available in the 2500 with the new trans. Or raise up the rear view mirror to improve driver’s view with the forward collision detection option. I understand COVID-19 was a factor last year but ANY real improvement would be welcome since not much has changed. I think Ram is coasting in past years accomplishments (like best interior since 2019) and I don’t like the lack of innovation. This is only my opinion but I am interested if others share the same observations and opinions. BTW I am not considering a ford or gmc but I am considering waiting until 2023 models.
