And that he'd put a note on my account that PDI needs to be done for a Tuesday pickup.

I'm going to follow up again tomorrow, ideally with Phillip himself, to get more info.

When I talked to Phillip on Monday or Tuesday he said it was somewhere very close. I forget the actual location though. Was a city I'd never heard of.

When I talked to Phillip Tuesday he told me our truck was in Idaho and should be there soon.

Yeah, I was well through Texas. Off the train, on a truck locally. Earliet this week he said it typically takes about 4 days from where ever it was, to their lot; which is why I called the dealership on Friday to check in.

I don't think I was in Idaho. I wanna say it was Washington or Oregon, but like I said, it was a town I'd never heard of, I was "in a work meeting" while also watching my 9mo old, and all I really was concerned about was delivery eta.

Oddly enough, while I was on with the dealership today I got a call and then msg from my best friend that his wife was in labor, so my attention was almost nonexistent... hence the kinda garbage data.
 
Window sticker populated this evening! Progress is bring made.
Will follow up with dealer Monday for an eta. Can't say I'm not excited, its been a long wait!

Picked her up yesterday. Mostly smooth with my dealer. Only the True Car code worked. Nothing was tied to the vin or would come up. Atleast there’s also the 250 All State bonus cash. Those two will pay for half the warranty I’ll get from Ziegler.

Check your tire pressure when you take delivery. Those clowns bumped it up to 92 psi. I failed to check it and almost died on the freeway. Like driving on hockey pucks.

Otherwise I absolutely love it. New 295 Toyo AT3 are being installed in a few hours.

I didn’t see a dedicated 2022 thread, so I decided to post here. Has anyone else placed an order for a 2022 yet? I put in an order for a 2022 Crew Cab 6’ 4” bed Longhorn Cummins on Friday. Assuming there won’t be any major changes in packages/price for 22. Couldn’t nail down an exact dollar amount or lead time. Got quoted invoice + $500 - rebates. Wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

How long do special orders seem to be taking? I may end up going that route since I won't be in a huge rush when the time comes. I mean I've only been waiting about 2 years already anyways...
 
I think a lot depends on what you order.
I ordered a 75th PW and only added the bed group and tonaue cover.
Went to the dealer first week of April. I think it got ordered the following week. As of the 15th May, truck was built, but out getting the bed liner sprayed in. Dealer thinks it will be here at the end of next week. If it does, that's about 6 weeks.

Welp, we arent on same train. I talked to Phil today and my wide-hipped girl is in Wyoming as of today. Im planning to be there the week of May 24.

You plan on picking yours up this week?

6 weeks isn't too bad. After reading some other posts looks like roughly 2 months. For all I know I may not be in a place to order until next spring. I'm hoping not though. Not sure the used car values will maintain and I'd like to be able to get as much as possible for my trade in. It was in an accident back in december and still seems to have gone up in value thanks to the current situation. Plus who knows what interest rates will be by then.

Will do! I'm supposed to get paperwork today to get everything in motion. Hopefully all I'm doing is signing and driving.

I want to get on the road ASAP. Gonna stop at Costco to load up on booze, as they don't sell it in UT, and then I'm into a 13hr haul that I'd like to do without stopping.
 
Found my build sheet. Everything is on there as ordered except for the tri fold tonnaue cover. Does that not go on the build sheet? My sticker is still not available so I cant see if its on there. Getting closer.
