Child seat anchors

Sorry if this has been posted before, I’ve searched and haven’t been able to find anything. Does anyone know if all the 2021 2500 tradesman come with the lower anchors for car seats, I’m looking to possibly purchase one but really don’t want to not have the anchors for car seats.
 
My 19 has them. Not sure but assume at this point it would be required of vehicles period. Not sure.
 
Thanks for the input, I figured they would be required but wasn’t sure. I know the top latches are required but wasn’t sure if the bottoms were or not
 
If they don't come with them in the dealer has to supply free of charge (here in Canada anyway) but I would be surprised if they didn't come from factory.
 
They probably come in no matter what now, I was just asking because my father in law has a 2015 F250 and we were surprised when we found out his didn’t have them, so I didn’t know if that was something that you had to get extra as a safety package on the HD trucks
 
The outboard rear seats have latch. Above the seats is a loop of seatbelt material. You run your strap for the top of the carseat through the headrest and to the loop of the next seat over.
 
2021 Tradesman crew cab here. Both left and right rear seats have the latch points (anchors). None on the center seat. They also have the hoops up by the headrests above all 3 middle seats.
