Here's what my email says qualifies- "1. Valid toward the purchase or lease of new and unused 2020 and 2021 (excluding Ram 1500 TRX) Ram trucks or vans. "
I agree. But apparently when I signed up with Ram several years ago I used a differed ZIPCODE than I do now and since it doesn’t match they won’t honor it. ********

Damn!....I pretty much have the regular cab version of what you just got.
The same color and interior the H.O. and other things except all of the towing stuff although I have rear air.

Congratulations! Don't forget take some pics. Inside and out. Not alot of people have that interior.

Called the Dealer I bought my last two 2500's from. Prev 2019 5.4 Bighorn and current 2020 6.7 Tradesman. Salesman told me no discounts on any new trucks! Asked me what I wanted for mine. I told him retail! Waiting on a call back...
 
Received my Window Sticker 1 day after build sheet! Woohoo! Ordered 2/27 (Alberta, Canada). Build Sheet 5/5. Window Sticker 5/6.

Hopefully my truck will ship soon now it's been built. Any insights on shipping time to Canada? Dealer tells me 6 weeks - does that sound about right? Also, info for others. My sticker price is $72,795 CAD. I paid $61,150 + GST or $64,205 out the door. Around 16% off sticker + tax.
Must be nice. Still no build sheet. I'm hoping it gets built this week. But I'm highly doubtful.
 
Placed my order earlier in the week for a 6.4 2500 Tradesman. coming out of a 2020 Ford F250 7.3...maybe. Dealer told me 8-10 weeks...maybe Nov???

So they didn't cut you any deal huh? Same price as if you got them as discount tire or whatever local tire spot ya have?

If I'm gonna have to haul em home, I may as well wait to swap them till I'm here. Or, hope for a rebate/gift card or some **** from a local place in the near future.

A little cheaper and no tax running it through Bud Clary as wholesale but I wouldn't call it a super deal.
 
I ordered my truck, it showed as a sold order yet the window sticker had the stealership's name on it. I was a little disappointed as this is my first and could be my only vehicle order ever.

yeah, I said I'd never buy a new truck again after ordering my first new one, one of the first Superdutys around back in 1999. 22 years later and I just ordered a truck for exactly double what the 1999 cost. Just couldnt justify the insane used truck prices this time around.
 
So anyone else have both protection group AND offroad group appear on their window sticker? The weird thing is... protection group on its own is $175.... includes transfer case skid plate and tow hooks... the offroad group is $395 and is supposed to include both those same options plus hill descent and bilstein shocks. On my sticker it lists both separately and I have paid twice ($175 plus $395) but in the configurator tool, it forces you to take one or the other but NOT both.... offroad is what I wanted for $395. Now scratching my head as to why the extra $175 is now added on top of offroad when the $395 option is supposed to include both options? Why would my window sticker add both charges but the configuration tool doesn't? Crazy how inaccurate these things are when we are spending $60+k and sometimes much more! My window sticker is attached - as you can see it actually lists both options (and charges me twice for the same 2 things - transfer case skid plates and tow hooks).

Fingers crossed for you. Hope it gets built. I had lost hope after checking everyday for weeks, but then boom! All happened. I hope the same for you.
 
At the dealership picking up my truck. Gave them the $1,000 email I was sent by Ram. They told me my truck didn’t qualify and couldn’t provide a reason. Seems like ******** to me.
I just used mine 2 weeks ago and it worked fine, I think your dealer is trying to screw you . Call ram incentives department while at the dealer and ask what the deal is. unless it expired and they didn't attach it to your vin before it did.

I think you need to go to another dealer , mine is giving crazy high trade values and 12-13% off msrp depending on the build.

After several hours of wasted time I got the $1k off. But they didn’t do the truecar coupon or the first responder discount. At that point I was just sick of being there. Plus they ha e me a terrible interest rate on the truck.
Setting up the deal with Phil was awesome and super easy. When I arrived, Phil wasn’t there and I dealt with one of his minions. It took 5 hours to complete the process. Seems excessive when the price has already been agreed to. Then when with the “finance guy” I had to keep correcting his numbers as his were wrong several times. Also, their prices for the “extras” were ridiculous and their interest rate sucked balls.
While the price was good, bring your own financing or cash. Don’t bother with theirs.
Phil stated he could get me the “best rate on the planet.” What a joke.

and one of the biggest issues is I told them not to install the front license plate as I didn’t want holes in my painted bumpers. Guess what was installed when I arrived. Another problem with the transaction.

Its strange how so many people on here bragged about this place you bought from and you had such a horrible experience with them ! Yet another reason i bought local and from a dealer that not only gave me everything he promised but another $1k discount coupon on the day of the deal. If i was you i would have a talk with management over the phone and see if you can get any discounts refunded to you. That and go refinance through a credit union with 2.9% interest and dump there bank before the first payment. Glad you got the truck you wanted but i would be like you extremely pissed off at this company and make sure they know it !!

At the end of the day I saved $4-5k off anyone locally. That is worth frustration in my mind. Plus I get to hang with an old friend who lives in Seattle area. Win win.

I’m definitely going to refinance and make sure they don’t get any kickback from financing. They just used Wells Fargo.
