I have a single galvanized bolt in the front wheel well liners, same position on each side so it wasn't a mistake. That bothers me more than the lugs.

Spray some spray paint in a puddle on some cardboard and use a q tip to paint them black

I saw someone in another thread that bought black 22mm lug caps on Amazon. Cheaper than buying new lugs.
