Just recently put ceramic tint 20% on the front and 35% on the back. I’m not to hop on the blue hue, but it’s wearing on me. Any recommendations for a solid one tone tint to match factory back glass ( which looks darker anyways/factory) back seat windows to match. I think 20% on the front. Still gives me good night vision out, but not as much privacy in the day.

I had 35% on the front and limo on the back on my Laramie, and with the factory smoked glass, it wasn't bad. I wish I had gone darker in the front. When I got my Tradesman, I went limo all the way around since the windows are factory clear. I wish I had gone 2% on the back windows though.

Yeah, i just got it out the shop again. Just had the blue hue tint removed and went darker ceramic all the way around. 35 fronts, 5 top and back. 100x's better

Much happier with new results

Looks great!

I had Suntek ceramic film on my last 4 vehicles; two trucks, a JGC and an M550 BMW. I can say that there was a noticeable difference in heat rejection when compared to vehicles that were not tinted with ceramic film.

I previously owned a 2011 F-250 CCSB and a 2016 Sierra Denali CCSB, both of which received 20% ceramic window film on the front windows only. The next two vehicles received 70% film on the windshield, along with 20% fronts, and I believe a piece of 50% over the factory rear glass- all ceramic film. I can certainly attest to the fact that there is a noticeable difference in heat rejection when the entire vehicle is treated with ceramic film.

I am looking to tint mine soon, wanting to match the shade of the factory rears, from what I have read 20% seems close. What is the deal with the blue hue? Is that a ceramic thing? I have had my past vehicles tinted at ziebart and have been happy with the results, but always wished I went darker. I think it was just their normal tint though, not ceramic, but looks like they have ceramic.

I did 20% on my 2020 3500 because that is what the tint shop tested the factory at with there meter but because of the large windshield it looked lighter so on my 2021 3500 i did 15% and it looked much closer to factory. Sorry my signature photo was before tint and haven't had time to update it during the day with a current picture.
