2021 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your order here!

First post here, decided to pull the trigger on buying a new 21 now dealer is telling me no option for Aisin. Any ideas about what is going on and or when this option is going to become available again?
in a few short months I will be opting for the aisin and he already let me build and spec out my 2021 it has the aisin on there.

they should be in now and I have speced out and built mine and no problem.

How much is the Aisin transmission option? Is/was this option available for the 2500?

I paid invoice less half of the holdback in Omaha, NE. Basically $1,000 under invoice. My father also ordered one a few days later and he got $2,000 under invoice. He is also retired military, so got a little more break there. I thought we did pretty good.

I think with the limited inventory, anything around invoice price is good. Dealers seem to have cut back on their discounts in the last month or so.

That's a great deal, wish I was closer.

As far as I'm aware 99 signifies a fleet or dealership priority. A code of 01 signifies that the order goes in ahead of fleet or dealership stock orders. You might check on this with the dealership and make sure your order takes priority.
Could definitely be the case as well.

Yeah I tried to get another dealership to beat $500 over invoice I got a quick "No". This is the first new car that I will have paid over invoice on but I don't feel like it's a terrible deal.

The other dealer in town was $1,000 over invoice. Both are large dealers not sure how they get such big swings in price. I told them what I was getting and they basically didn't believe me at first then I told them I would send them the build sheet with quoted sales price. I honestly think its just the luck of the sales guy you get or the connection you have. I spoke with another sales person at the same dealer I purchased from (Different Location) and he told me they were getting MSRP on all new orders less the $500 rebate they are offering.

$4,800 under dealer invoice or under MSRP? Thats really good if its under dealer invoice. I may have said this earlier but I was told you did really well if you can get Dealer Invoice less Hold Back. Hold back for Ram is 3% of invoice.

5k+ is something I'd definitely drive that far for. What dealership? Salesman?

BTW, are people who are placing orders recently able to get blind spot monitoring on their big horn trim? I wouldn't get this truck without it.

My Dad was able to order it but it is a Laramie.

I believe its probably 4800 under invoice. I was able to get 2250 under invoice on my camaro ss on the year it came out (2016) and I believe these trucks have a much bigger margin.

I got $7000 under invoice in March. Msrp $76,300; invoice $71,005; got it for $64,000 (including $1000 PenFed rebate and $500 1st resp discount) Call Philip Olson at Bud Clary in washington. I'm having the truck shipped to Indiana but even with shipping it was still many thousands less than local.

Sure, you can get the BSM you just have to be willing to pay more for it by ordering it separately.
