2021 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your order here!

Ordered 2/5 and currently on a train bound for Lawrenceville, GA. Left Saltillo plant late night on 4/11 and the latest update has it arriving in Lawrenceville 4/29. From there, a transport to dealer in Charleston, SC, which should only take a few days. I'm currently planning the pick up during the first week of May.
 
Got mine in on Sunday. Took delivery even though front bumper smashed from transportation, dents on driver side, misalignment of cab bed...... Fun waiting for all this time to see it in this condition. Order date was 1.14.21.

Ugh, so sorry. That is terrible to be so excited and anticipating your new truck to now have that.

I did a good check over and all I came up with are some heavy scratches on the driver's side running board. They will be addressing that and not with buffing compound.

Took delivery Sunday and on Monday they called and said they needed the truck back within a couple hours to claim transport damage. They sent a driver the house and picked it up. No word as of now. I used uconnect and saw it was at a local body shop so who knows.... Hopefully get some info soon. Need to get B&W installed for gooseneck for a haul this weekend and still need to get some miles on it for break in period but don't want to drill a hole in the bed due to the cab and bed not lining up. Super fun.

I will say the couple hundred miles I drove on Sunday was great and I like the HO/Aisin feel. Def a monster compared to the 16 2500 I let go.

I hear you! You are 2 weeks ahead of me. I lucked out and Ram Chat did give me info before realizing it was a Canadian order one of the times I tried. I have been exploring options for us Canadians to escalate things as my dealer is not responding to me at all and with our current lock down in Ontario I can't even pop into the dealer. I'm just trying to get my current status before I pull the trigger on a short term rental truck lease to get me over the hump but no luck at all

Good to hear! Im in the same boat.. got rid of a 2016 2500 with 3.42s last year and just ordered a HO/Aisin mega dually with 4.10s,... should be quite a difference.

The 5th wheel prep package has a 7 pin connector in the bed and frame mounts for a 5th wheel and gooseneck hitch. All you have to do is get a hitch and drop it in. Well worth it.

Please let me know (and the other Canadians present) if you find a new source of truck status information. My dealer is great, responds to every one of my requests but it seems dealers are not provided with much better info.

Got her home today...I’m 55 and this is my very first new truck. This thing exceeded my expectations, I love it!
Side steps, level kit, mud flaps, tonneau cover coming soon.
Everyone on this thread needs to realize how blessed they are being in a position to purchase vehicles like these. Give thanks, it could all be gone tomorrow. Just sayin’

I have the same truck on order , should be here in a couple weeks .
 
Feeling a bit like a kid this morning waiting to open Christmas presents!

Dealer called this morning to let me know the truck arrived in Benicia, CA this morning at 4:30am. Benicia is only a couple hours away and it should be at the dealer in 2days!

2021 RAM 3500 Limited Delmonico Red, Night, HO, loaded with almost everything! Ordered 2/10/2021!

I only live 15min from the dealer but it may take me hours/days to drive home - LOL

This is an excellent resource! I've learned so much from this group!
