What did you do TO your RAM today?

do they look like the will hold up? I got some 75 anniversary steps and they are narrow and I can tell my wife is going to scuffing up the sills.
I do not have the paper in my office, but they are a good thick vinyl. The "3500" and the strips are just clear so your paint color shows. After I took the photos I broke ou the heat gun and smoothed them out where I wanted them to fit. I had seen some for my 2013 that were stainless steel. But could not find them for my 2020 3500

My truck came with partial stainless steel sill guards. I assume these are standard on a Laramie? I really should add my vinyl ones this weekend. I am already getting scratches on the painted part of the sill. Is there a trick to getting them on well? I do have a heat gun if needed.

Soapy water to allow the vinyl to move after initial placement for final adjustment. And then let the doors stay open for an hour.

Chrome tow mirror covers.

Lol so true. I picked up somewhere that, once the truck is leveled or lifted, the valence is useless for MPGs. Dont take my word for it though! That idea just made it so much easier to give in.
The valance may have an effect on MPG i Believe its function is air deflection which helps in a little way to help keep the front end planted at highway speed and divert wind even if leveled . I won,t be removing mine because it doesn,t look good, not saying i like the looks of them either but truck manufacturers spend alot of time in wind tunnels and probably wouldn,t ad this $ kind of part if it didn,t serve a pupose, but the do look better without

Update on the air bags - I hooked up my trailer but set the air bags at 10 lbs before dropping it onto the ball. Once I began lowering I could hear the compressor kick in and run for a short while a couple of times while I was connecting. I left it alone to make sure I got the WDH right and then added air to 20 lbs which raised the rear end about a half inch. I towed about 80+ miles from Leesburg to Fredericksburg and experimented with the poundage along the way. I didn’t want to add too much air and take the balance away from the WDH. I ended up at 23 lbs. The combination of systems worked great. Will repeat the process on the trip home.
Don,t mean to judge you Kimo7 but you probably shouldn,t adjust your air bags while driving if your using a weight distribution hitch, it will move your weights front and back and loosen and tighten the spring bars at the same time, you should be doing that on level surface, WDHs are needed to move weight forward with heavy tongue weights, just a tip friend if you don.t know

Picked the truck up today. Husky liners, screen protector, smoked plate covers and WeatherTech No Drill splash guards installed. Gator tonneau, Vent shades and hopefully some tint next.

Today I put on rough country rear wheel well liners and capped them off with gator back mud flaps... Then immediately went out and got them dirty! The mud flaps look like they will work well and the liners should too.

I had to trim the wheel well liners to fit around the leaf springs, and looking back I should have just ordered the factory ones on the truck to save time. I'm happy with both the mud flaps and liners though.

Eyeball aimed the s2 back up lights. seems like a good starting point. I will say that the leds and the camera refresh rate playing together give a little bit of a refresh line moving along the screen. It’s hard to explain but people who have seen leds in videos know what I mean.

plenty of light on the hitch. I will play with the aiming til they’re closer, one is aimed smidge higher than the other right now
