Where are you located, our orders seem a lot alike, I have power running boards also, ordered 3/3 got window sticker today as well. I am in Wisconsin so hoping my delivery is about the same as yours

That's all she had to offer. She said to sign up for offers on the website. I thought I did that back in January when I ordered. Will try again I guess but doubtfully anything will show up in time.

Does the non-FCA car have to currently be on a lease or financed? I have a 99 Jeep and a 02 Mercedes. I doubt Jeep would qualify....

I’m jealous, mine has been at the body vendor for 36 days now waiting for the bedliner and side steps! Hope it ships quickly for you!

That's really strange. My truck entered body vendor last Thursday for fixed chrome steps and bedliner, and dealer said today that it's enroute in Mexico but not yet at the border. I still can't pull a window sticker which is weird.

Finally received an ETA today of 4/19-5/6 suppose that means it is loaded on the rails. I am at 16 weeks right now.

Has anyone else had the experience where RAM cares tells you that your truck hasn't shipped yet, but then all of the sudden it shows up at your dealer out of the blue after being built? In other words your truck has been built and approved for shipping (e.g. Build sheet generated > towing capacity shows-up, Window sticker available, etc.), but RAM Cares keeps saying it hasn't actually shipped for weeks on end? Then it shows up at your dealer weeks later without any updates in between?

Yes I had similar thing happen, ram cares told me it was built after I got the 3 week wait at the body vendor and said it was ready to ship. A week later nothing ! So after 2 weeks of them telling me it had not shipped I called my dealer, he checked his source and said yes it shipped a week and a half ago ! Since then I am awaiting it to arrive in roper utah on the rail car. That has been another week and still not there. Then it has to wait for a truck to idaho. Another words might be another 2 weeks!

She just asked what vehicles I had in the household and said to bring in the registration when the truck comes in. It's and easy $500 although I wish it were more. Military and first responders get additional discounts.

The Mercedes just has to be currently registered in your name.

I wonder what the holdup is? Maybe the side steps? I have the auto deploying steps.

Mine was at the body vendor 3 weeks for bed liner, power steps and rear step but I was told the hold up was for the chip used in the trailer camera add on option I ordered.

Was told if you have a truck on order that it is connected to your vin and will still work past the expiration date by the brand mentor at FCA but you might call and confirm that for your order. My first $750 bonus cash expired and they told me that but then I got a $1000 no us cash that expires 4-30-21 like yours. My truck is supposed to be here between now and the 21st so hopefully I can use it.

My truck is supposed to be here between now and the 21st so hopefully I can use it.

I called the incentive department today about expiring bonus cash and they told me they won’t extend it but the dealer may be able to lock it in. Going to wait a few weeks to see if truck currently in JB arrives before expiration otherwise will call dealer.

Sounds like a similar timeline to mine. I agree it's confusing, but hopefully it's en route and will arrive soon. I noticed when I call in to RAM cares I seem to get more details depending on agent. One said she had to check another system where it finally showed an ETA at a rail yard.

Yes me also ,talked with one rep yesterday that didn't even know how to check the status of where it was (new guy he admitted) so I hung up and called back to talk with a lady that said yes it arrived in roper utah today at 9:07 am. Then I call back today to see if it got loaded on a truck for idaho and the lady said the rep yesterday was not supposed to tell me where it was and she can't tell me anything except it will arrive at the dealer between the 7th and the 23rd ! I said tell the brand mentor that is stupid and lots of people are getting fed up with no answers on where there truck is and why it's not delivered.

Maybe one day Stellantis or RAM Cares could implement a basic new vehicle order tracking system, which would alleviate all the manual calls and chats to get an updated status. Seems like it could be automated fairly easily and would bring about greater customer satisfaction. Hopefully they'll read the forums periodically and bubble it up to leadership.
