2021 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your order here!

I would definitely question that for sure. I also ordered the Sport Appearance Package (with Level B Group, Similar to Level 2 but no BSM).... and I paid $220 also (which includes my Advantage Pricing, so $250 without).

Are you in the US or Canada? Bombdigitty was quoting a Canadian Dollar price.

I'm also in Canada - Alberta. List price in the build configurator tool, when selecting Level B or Level 2 equipment group says $250 for the Sport Appearance Package. It would normally be $795 without Level 2, but the fact you have Level 2 should mean it's only an additional $250 I would have thought? The $220 I mentioned is WITH my FCA Advantage pricing, which I think nets around ~10% off MSRP.

No. On my Bighorn Level 2 it was a $250 option. I think i got it for $220 through Chrysler Advantage plan.
Not sure if it was the Level 2 package or the premium cloth bucket seats i spec'ed. but something made me choose it.
I could not order it with Chrome bumpers and grill like i initially wanted.
Chrome bumpers are standard, by selecting the sport package (Option) you get painted bumpers etc and yes the package is 250 Canadian

Yes I know. I wanted Chrome. Dealer said I had to opt for Sport or Night package with the level 2 package. That was my point when i commented. Simular to the protection group/offroad group as mentioned above. Dealer build tool is not exactly the same as online build and quote site.

Your dealer was just trying to upcharge you ,i know I ordered level2 but I wanted the painted bumpers and the Ram Canada build site is actually pretty close as to what you can get and order, I don,t know when you ordered ,me in Feb the only things I couldn,t get was the amp steps or black steps or directional LEDs which would have been nice because they will self level as my loads go up and down

The standard response from Ram Care, being told that since Jan

"I am showing parts have been gathered and the vehicle should be entering the build process soon."

I just went in and built a a truck n the ramtruck.ca website. It is strange, sometimes it will show the option at $795 and then if I refresh the
screen it will show $250 for the Sport Appearance Package. I have sent a email to my dealer asking about the price drop to see if I will get the
$250 pricing or not. I know when I ordered the truck at the end of January it was a $795 option.

Keep us posted. Mine was built in time to make it on the weekend ferry with you and another fellow, but my dealer says she can't see where the truck actually is so doesn't sound like I'll have any way of knowing. So I'm gonna be optimistic (this is a mistake) and hope that my truck was sitting alongside yours and his on the ferry.
Got an update from dealer yesterday... Boat is supposed to leave port on 4/4 with arrival in port at Brunswick, GA on 11/11. Mine will come off the ship there and be transported to Charleston. Not sure if the same ship would then be routed to Norfolk or otherwise north. Possibly.

I ordered Fabruary 2nd.
Im happy with the painted bumpers, i really like the look. Just worried about long-term ascetics. I think the Chrome holds up better. Im going to have the lower bumper wrapped with expel or something to help protect.

I wanted Chrome steps, so that wasn't an issue. And i just went with the halogen headlights. I agree the direction headlights would be sweet. I think they only come on a limited though.

Damn, figures that it'd be delayed from last weekend lol

Interesting how your dealer has access to that info, mine either doesn't, or is claiming not to.

Would be sad if it went through Norfolk then up to Maryland, since I'm about 30 minutes away from Norfolk. But obviously I can't take it there lol
