2021 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your order here!

Has anyone ordered a 2021 Bighorn with the Offroad Group? Can you please confirm if your build sheet or POC also includes the Protection Group when ordering the Offroad Group?

To explain... I want the Offroad Group on my truck which comes with the Bilstein shocks... but I had to have my dealer edit my order because they originally submitted the Protection Group only.... and now they say they have edited it, but they couldn't order the Offroad Group without the Protection Group. This seems odd, as on the Ram build site, it "forces" me to choose 1 or the other and NOT both? But the dealer says their system says I must order both?! Confusing. Attached is my POC sheet anyways.... just want to ensure that I WILL be getting the Offroad Group! If its both, then fine... I think Offroad includes the skid plate and tow hooks anyways.
Not sure why that is happening because when you order the off road group it includes what the protection group provides such as the tow hooks and transfer case skid plate.

Ordering both the off road group along with the protection group is pointless.

She/he is finally here, no name as of yet, but the wait was worth it.

Nice!

How about that, just got an email from crypto, monroney window sticker has loaded!! Getting a little excited.
UPDATE: Ramchat states the truck is in the shipping process with estimated delivery between April 12 and April 26. I assumed 2021... Incidentally, the dealer had no info to offer. Either way, getting close.

I forgot to ask in my previous post if you are being charged for the Protection Group. The pricing on your P.O.C. was cut off.

The protection group is part of the offroad group therefore it will show up that way on your POC

An obvious Joke lol
Well, if they are being shipped via the suez canal I guess that would explain the unreasonable delivery times.

I think it's more likely that some dealers will say anything in an attempt to shut their customers up.

Ordered 3/7, vin 3/8, D1 3/10. Ramchat just said it's in paint now. Moving faster than I expected so far. 3500 Bighorn CCLB HO Cummins

I just realized That RAM removed the Blind Spot Monitoring due to lack of parts. I wondering if we could install them when they are available?
This is my question too......frustrating to have that omitted but hey, they gave a huge 270 dollar discount. Pshhhht

What i see there is the snow chief pkg gives you the skid plate along with your off road pkg. Since he got the off road with protection group his is off set in a differant way. What I always
Window sticker shows blind spot monitoring too......wonder if that's going to be there?

I saw something similar when I built my truck. I ordered a bighorn lvl 2 and was hoping for Chrome bumpers, Online it worked. But dealer said I had to order the lvl 2 with either the sport package or night package. Sport was only ~$250 but night addition was a few thousand (Canadian).

Went with the sport and will be expelling the lower bumper atleast to help from rock chips

I just contacted Ram Chat and she provided the exact same thing the last three attempts (2 weeks apart). Everything is assembled and ready for build. I told her it was a little frustrating not to be able to get better details for builds and mentioned I don't even have a build date (dealer said build date he shows is April 5th). I was just looking for anything from ram chat. She replied, "I just went back in and your truck is in the frame stage." Kinda funny as I expect frame stage and "all parts gathered" is basically the same thing but it sounded more exciting.

Frame stage means that your truck's frame/sheet metal is being assembled. Definitely not the same thing as all parts gathered.
