Well, I no longer have two red Cummins in my driveway. I sold my 2007. I miss it already. It just sort of happened. Somebody asked in our FB group if there was a low mileage 3rd Gen for sale. I mentioned mine had 117K. Somebody else saw the post and it was gone the next day. I think it is in good hands though.

If I had space I would have kept it. I do not want to part ways with my LJ yet. It will also save me $120/month in insurance. I definitely wanted to wait longer though.

Looks like a clean truck too. I bet you did A-ok on the price with those miles.

But.....what happened to the center caps?!!! I lost one on my second gen after an inspection (go figure it was the wheel they pulled for brake check) and I had to wait to drive it until I found one on fleabay and overpaid for it. It's like having a tooth knocked out lol.

One reason i keep my 05 around i regret selling my 01 HO 3500 i dont think i can bring myself to sell the 05 the other reason it was my dads truck i bought off him before he died... plus it looks sooooooo good lol

I never run center caps. I am not running them on my 2020 now either. I need to put my old ones on ebay.
 
I don't like the look. I prefer painted hubs. On my new Raceline wheels, the center caps would actually stick out past the wheels. They can get banged up or knocked off easily when in the dirt.
