What did you do TO your RAM today?

Oil change, fuel filter/water separator, tire rotation, greased front end plus u-joints and washed....the trusty 2nd gen. Patiently waiting on the new truck. Once I get word of some sort the old black girl will be on the market.

Installed a Thuren leveling kit, Fox shocks all the way around and the adjustable track bar. Also installed Timber grove airbags a week ago to keep it level while towing.

A fellow New Yorker!

What county are you in?

You know I have to admit that my only knowledge about tumbleweed comes from watching cartoons and western movies. I never thought that they could do that kind of damage.

Are you just kidding?
No joke! That stretch of interstate has warning signs and special speed limit signs during high winds. The big tractor trailers were just shredding them as they hit. The rest of us were playing dodge ball with them. The tumble weeds out there are basically just big dried up bushes and the stems are still pretty thick.. That's what did the damage. Prob 1.5" thick. and at 65-75mph that's not good. It did remind me of Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoons. Haha!

Also had fuel filters replaced. 4 mths old and nearing 17k mi. Might not be much for some but I haven't put miles like this on a vehicle in a long time.
