2021 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your order here!

When I built my 2021 3500 Limited, the build site, interior view, does NOT show the Lane Assist button on the top of the 12inch display. The options I selected, included this feature. When the truck arrives, I hope that button will be in the top of the display.

Well tomorrow I thought I was taking delivery, just heard from my dealer he said truck looks like its arriving at a yard one state over on the 12th and then not sure on its delivery to the dealer from there. so anytime from 13th - 2/3 weeks out I suppose! We shall see!

you should know before that. it would be on your build sheet

FCA Canada doesn’t seem to have the same access that FCA US does for some odd reason. When I called every number I could find and “obtained” (we will leave it at that!!) they couldn’t tell me anything because mine is a “Canadian spec order”. I agree that @RamCares or any of the customer service numbers I called SHOULD be able to tell you SOMETHING but it was all the exact same canned responses. Hence the reason o was so frustrated that I even attempted to call the president of FCA to discuss my disgust in the lack of basic information for the buying customer
 
Well folks, after ordering September 22/2020, not hearing a peep until 14 weeks (I believe, it’s all a blur now) D status for 4 weeks, D1 for 4 weeks, all of a sudden jumped to F status (paint) to KZ L D status (confused what the D stood for?) and now it’s KZM which means first rail departure. Maybe by middle of April is what I’m hoping. But who knows with the way FCA is progressing. If this wasn’t my dream truck, I would have never ordered it let alone sit waiting 24.5 weeks now. So I think it’s good news for us Canuckastanians ( @BrutalHO ) that our trucks are heading to the free healthcare side of the border
 
2021 2500 Power Wagon - Ordered 1/11/21

Just called to check with the dealer. Truck is currently in transit, estimated delivery date of 3/19!

9 weeks and change from date of order, assuming expected delivery doesn’t fall behind for some reason. I was anticipating 20+ weeks, so overall, I’m pleasantly surprised.

Left deposit on an in stock 21 F450 Limited with all the options I would have ordered. Took over 2 weeks to find the right one that wasn't sold or deposit taken. These things are hard to nail down. Was told 10+ weeks for order from Ford so they are having same issues. So - Good luck guys!!!!! Sincerely wish you guys the best.

You will love your F450! I drive a 2017 F350 Lariat now and love it, but your F450 will turn better!

Where is your truck getting delivered to? Just curious maybe ours are on the same train.

I got an update from the Dealer over a week ago. It's in KZ status. Yesterday I spoke with Ram Chat and it's still in KZ status and they told me no eta yet :(

Thank you for the response. I reached out to my dealer today and it's in KZM status. 1-2 more weeks.
