I got my build sheet in less than 3 weeks from my initial order. Ordered truck on 2/11, Vin 2/15 and Build Sheet 3/3.View attachment 12879

That is strange you got your build sheet so soon ! I looked at the bottom and it says status d to d1 so it hasn't been built so not sure why you got a build sheet ? At the bottom of my build sheet it doesn't say status and I know it's done except the bed liner and steps because my dealer and the ram customer service confirmed that. Cool that you got it though to know everything is how you ordered it.

Mine has been stuck at the vendor shop since 2/10. Can’t get any info from either Ram chat, or my dealer. Getting pretty tired of seeing orders go right through there that were placed after mine. If I could just get a straight answer, it wouldn’t be so bad. Lack of info makes me think the truck was heavily damaged somehow.

Well if mine goes more then a few days in there I will be worried also because everyone tells me a day or two is all it takes.

Ya I noticed the status as well. Ram Chat and my dealer confirmed the truck is built but still waiting for the bed liner and side steps. Not sure if I’m just extremely lucky or if their both blowing hot air but we will see.

I looked at the bottom of my build sheet again and it doesn't show status so i really don't think yours could be built already being ordered less then a month ago but i hope for your sake it is !

hi Blayne, I'm in Colorado as well, which dealer? I ordered 12/28. They said my truck had to go to Wyoming first as well and then back to Denver

Hi Paragon- I ordered through Boulder Dodge. The rail route must go up North first before coming back down to Denver, but I cannot quite figure out how that works given the common rail routes. But in my case, since this truck is going to arrive in under 11 weeks, I'm not going to complain if it spend a few extra days en route.

Dont understand why it went to an upfitter here in the states, I figured when the truck hit the train it was done and ready to be delivered to the dealership. What's worse is my dealer had to get that info from a delivery driver. He was dropping off other cars and my sales rep asked him to put eyes on my truck and see if he could get it delivered. He looked up the vin in their system and it shows the truck is in Taylorsville getting upgraded. My dealers order info shows it in transit

Dont understand why it went to an upfitter here in the states, I figured when the truck hit the train it was done and ready to be delivered to the dealership. I would definitely suspect physical damage of some sort. Did you ever get a window sticker to populate? Supposedly the window stickers show up when the vehicle is shipped out of Mexico.

Ordered 1/25 vin/von 1/26 ,build sheet 2/23 ,window sticker 2/25 , just talked to Ram chat and my truck is ready to be shipped 2021 2500 big horn , level 2 , night edition

Just got off of Ram Chat, got more information this time than any of the multitude of previous times. Lisa was her name, told me there is some type of material hold, which is the reason it has been at the vendor since 2/10. Says my dealer can get specifics on what the hold is.

Wow. That's fast. Ordered 1/21, VIN/VON 1/27 and have heard nothing. Just did a RamChat and Cheryl stated the parts have been gathered and the build process should start soon. No ETA. 2500 Big Horn Hemi Night Edition Level 2 Premium Lighting/Sound Bed Group Running boards....oh and don't forget decal delete! Maybe that's the hold up lol.

I live in Michigan and my understanding is they ship them to Jefferson plant ,which is 65 miles from me , maybe thats why it's going fast ? was supposed to be delivered in May , now looks like April according to dealer .

My SL is 1/9 (which I have previously mistaken for the built day) so yours may or may not have the same issue. My experience has been that the dealer will be willing to reach out to Ram to get all the information they could for you because they've been billed for the truck. Ram chat will tell you nothing more than what's showing in their system.
