"I am showing that your vehicle is currently in the frame stage of the build process. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided. Please reach out to the Selling Dealer as they may have a more accurate date of arrival or status for you."
What I like most about this latest news is the mileage from Satillo to Lake Charles is 650. Short trip to the dealer.

Where did you sign up to receive email updates? I placed an order on 2/11 and have not had any communication from anyone? Thanks
Dealer added my email in “the system” when I placed order. Just got first email, and noticed both me and sakes manager were copied. I would reach out and ask your dealer to add you so that you can get updates. I think there is a link (mike posted couple pages back) that lets you create an account with FCA. Haven’t done that, so don’t know how that works.

It appears that my truck was built last night. Two months and not a peep. Then.... Oh happy day! LOL
For what it’s worth, I received exactly one email from customer care during the whole process. My truck shipped last week. A few weeks after the order, I received an estimated arrival date. For real updates, you will need to bug your dealer.
I received my first update email from:

not sure if this is different than Ram Cares but I think it is.
That's crazy I ordered mine on 1-10-21 and it's still in d1 as of Friday ! Guess your just lucky
Ugh...no Clearance Lamps on my ordered 3500 truck. It was on the order I sent to the dealer, but when they sent the final version back I somehow missed it. Truck is not here yet, but I was looking over the window sticker today and noticed it. Of all the items I ordered, this is the one that's easiest to get along without. I'll get over it.

I'm sure there is a reason. Probably run trucks in batches after all the parts are allocated. I'm a megacab dually which is pretty much of a unicorn. Basically ... I'm screwed. Only thing worse would be if I lived in Canada (Sorry Canada guys). LOL

I ordered mine on 1/2/21 and just received my window sticker. Don't fret, I would bet by the end of this week ans worst case early next week your build sheet will show up and then your window sticker

I don't know what you ordered but if you are getting a dually the clearance lights are standard and won't show up on the window sticker.Ugh...no Clearance Lamps on my ordered 3500 truck. Clearance lights are pretty cool though....I was hoping they'd be part of another package, but no such luck. Also, mine is SRW. I just read that they are required on dually's due to width. I'd consider getting them dealer installed, but its a heck of a lot more than the $95 I'd have paid from the factory, and I'd be concerned about leaks. I saw some wireless ones Amazon sells, but battery powered clearance lights seems too cheezy. Just kicking myself as I thought I reviewed the order about 20 times. Guess I'll have to wait for my next truck!
