Yeah must be. Mine says RubiconCrypto stickers is a Jeep thing. There must be a shared code in the VIN for both Jeep and Ram to define the trims.

Ordered 1/21, VIN about a week later and on 1/29 received an email from US Customer Care stating truck is scheduled to arrive at the dealership the week of 4/2/21.Just received an email notice from FCA US Customer Care that "based on our most recent information your vehicle is to arrive at [my dealer] the week of 04/06/2021." My order date was 02/02/2021.

Here is a VIN decoder from 2016 that includes all CDJR vehicles. You can see some of the same letters in the 5-7 fields mean different things depending on the product line. I ordered an almost identical 2021 RAM 2500 (except for few extra creature comforts) to my current 2017 RAM 2500 and the first 8 fields of the VIN are identical.My Longhorn shows up as a "Sport". LOL

I don't particularly recall giving my email to the dealer and I did contact FCA about a week after so I'm not sure exactly where they got my contact info. I did do a Ram chat with one of their agents a few weeks into the order and she updated all of my information.Did you contact and register your email with customer care, or did your dealer do that?
