Uconnect Not Linking

Is it just me, or is anyone else having a hard time getting the Uconnect to show the trucks data on your smartphone. I have the 12" and everything works fine, with this one exception.

The remote ( start, lock truck, horn and gps ) and even the SOS works fine. Called Uconnect three times going through all that they require, and still can't get the data page ( tire pressure, oil life ect.. )

I guess I'll keep calling

You mean the Vehicle Health Report? I don't think that is supported on the 2500s.... I'll have to check again though.
 
mines a 3500

Clarification.. I don't believe it is supported on the HD trucks.

Create an account on www.mopar.com, when I log on and go to the Vehicle Health Report page it states " Your vehicle is not capable of Vehicle Health Reports."
 
been busy today, will start back at it tomorrow. my 2018 had it, and the folks I've spoken with two times didn't mention anything about the truck not having it.
 
I have the same issue. I finally ended up speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about. It turns out it doesn't work with the 12" Uconnect screen... SO if you have the big screen, the vehicle health report is not supported in the app. The remote options still work however.

This is the main reason I am not keeping the XM Gardian subscription after my one year trial.
 
I didn't use the XM Guardian at all when I had the 1500... I haven't even bothered turning it on on the 2500.
