You need to read the whole thread.
After KZ status RAMCHAT doesn't work. That do not have access to that part.
Your salesperson has access to Rubicon. With that, they can tell you where it is.

Mine has been in JB for over a week now. When I ordered my 1500 last year it went through JB in just a couple days.
You'll all breathe a sigh of relief. Our 2500 Limited 6.7 Mega Cab (Patriot Blue) was delivered to us yesterday (12 August). We ordered it on May 27th. So 11 weeks from ordering it at the Dealer until we picked it up. And the truck actually arrived at the dealer on Friday evening (9 August). Photos will come when I'm able to squeeze some time out of the schedule.

Tell your General Manager of dealership to make some phone calls to Area sales rep. Mine called and within 3 days my 2500 showed up right on 8 week to the day. That’s not acceptable to be 17 weeks. Heck my 2nd one will be here in 2-3 weeks and it was ordered on 7/18.

i'm glad your long nightmare has come to an end!
i'm glad your order is moving along quickly, but i find it really strange how inconsistent these times are among us. i ordered a similar build to your 10 days earlier and i'm only at D status.

update pickup showed up at dealers lot at noon today it only took 17 weeks
Good morning. I am in the same boat as my truck was ordered 4/20 and might be here tomorrow 8/16. Did your dealership offer you any discount for your inconvenience?

Hi. Looking for a bit of help.
Ordered a truck on 5/31. Everything was tracking fine until it arrived at the last rail stop. It's been sitting at the yard about 50 miles away for almost 4 weeks on QC hold. The dealer is not able/willing to find out WHY it's been on QC hold for so long, they just talk about pushing FCA to release it from hold. Pushing for release may or may not be a good strategy. Pushing to fix the truck properly and communicate the failure(s) would be a better strategy.
At this point the truck is not really my problem. Worst case, I'll walk away from my deposit as it was not that much. I'm getting more concerned that the problem(s) are significant enough to cause long term issues. But before I walk away, I would like to know not speculate.
Anyone have any experience figuring out the source of a QC hold?

hell no but I'm getting a land of lakes fleet discount of $7500.00 don't know if that was why it took so long

I'm pretty sure I'm in the same boat as you...
I've called and talked to Uconnect, my dealer, and Sirius XM Guardian and had no luck. Everyone seems to tell me that what I'm asking is either impossible or can't be done unless I'm inside the vehicle! So I have a couple of questions.
For those of you who have had luck tracking your vehicles with Uconnect...
Do you know if your vehicle has to have the NAV system in order to be tracked?
What did you have to setup before having access, and whom did you talk to to get this done, dealer, Uconnect, someone else? I've downloaded the app and added my vehicle VIN but it says I don't have any active subscriptions.
