Agreed. For a while there I had some hope for a way to track this automatically instead of pinging chat (which is useless) or the dealer.

This exactly. Sorry if I confused anyone. I was not able to get anywhere by entering the VIN. I simply created my account and populated the info. It was two days after that I received an email. Maybe coincidence? I told the salesman I wouldn't hound him and my life is hectic right now so I am ok with the wait.

I have mine added to my garage. It says that I am not the owner of it, but it still shows up. You have to wait until the vehicle is actually built for it to show up. I am suppose to take delivery as early as tomorrow or within the next two weeks. We will have to wait and see how long it actually takes.
 
UGH!!!! Ordered 10-21 and still dont have my truck. Its sitting in Toledo waiting to be delivered to the dealer. Been there since Monday.

My wife and I were shocked it came this quick. The only thing we could think of is that it was the last one on the train and first one off. Based on others experiences, we thought it would be another month.

Curious who told you the ship date? Mopar chat said twice now that they don't estimate ship dates. Depends on who you get I guess. Another cluster of a service. LOL. Just give us VOTS or something similar back.

The Dealer emailed me the ship date last week
 
I’m on 8 weeks and 1 day and just received my window sticker. Not sure what status it’s in, I’ll have to check with the dealer.

Same situation for me. I was able to load the VIN once the window sheet populated. I am still listed as a non-owner though. For the vehicle page itself, not all the items will load- like the tab for colors and dealer add-ons, etc

Just got home with it! It was a bumpy ride up I-25. The rear tires are at 80 psi. Still love it and it's still smoother than my old truck.

Wow, that looks great! I too ordered a 2500 but w/o 5th wheel prep (as I too wanted the ramboxes for everyday use)! Thought I was alone here and happy to see you did the same. I sort of saw it as the best everyday truck (megacab, 2500 rear shocks not leafs, rambox, etc) that can also bumper pull far more than I’d ever hook up. Added bonus, the internet “tells me” one can tow a 5th with ramboxes if ever needed—like for resale value.
Anyway, that looks great!

For what its worth as an anecdote: I ordered my Big Horn with the safety package (lane keep, adaptive cruise & adaptive steering) on 11 Dec. My window sticker populated on 28 Jan, and is showing that it does have HAS Lane Keep Assist.

There’s a global shortage of computer chips affecting many car/truck manufacturers so this could be the reason they can’t get the proper Lane Keep Assist hardware. Hopefully, the shortage will be... short... and they’ll be including this again later this year, and maybe offer those that missed out on it an upgrade kit at a discount (yeah right!).

If there’s a performance issue with it then that’s a whole other concern for those that do have it installed.

Our dealer has not found anything about it being taken off yet. As of this morning it was still listed as part of the Safety Package on the Ram Build site. And I have only seen the one original post here stating that a dealer told them about it. So maybe it is not accurate information? If anyone has confirmation from additional dealers or anything other than the one note here, maybe post a link to confirm the deletion of Lane Assist?
