My sales guy thinks that the new NAFTA agreement has something to do with delays in vehicles getting to Canada. Perhaps or maybe he is blowing smoke up my butt. I am two months and don't even have a VIN. Hopefully you will hear something soon. The delay you are experiencing is just not acceptable.
 
Welcome to the Canadian Club. you must be in Ontario. I have seen two with my package in Alberta

Ordered on 1/22

Yestetday received email from customer care with vin/von # and expected delivery date week of 3/22

Fingers crossed.

Interesting. I just emailed our dealer to ask about it. I have it as it was part of the safety group but it is the one feature I can easily live without. Hopefully orders will progress without delay. But my concern is that Ram may require individual order contact and maybe even a signed paperwork acknowledgment or something before allowing our orders to continue. Seems like that would be unlikely as I would think a very high percentage of the orders have the safety group and if they stopped all those until acknowledgement was secured it might be a mess.

First post here but have been following along pretty much since I've ordered. It seems to be half of forever waiting for more updates, but my story isn't as bad as those who ordered 2 months ahead of me. Hoping the offsite process goes as quickly as others have been noting in the past week or so. As of today, I am at about 9.5 weeks since the order.

Truck shows up on Cars.com and cargurus.com, but not on the dealer website- even as 'in transit'. Nothing new that I can find out on status since it went KZLD back on 22 Jan. 11.5+ weeks now. 1st delivery estimate was 21 Jan thru today, 4 Feb. Don't have a new estimate yet.

Curious, I see in a couple of posts above where RAM/FCA is emailing them about status. All you have to do is register the vehicle on the ramtrucks website? I've done that, but I have never received an email. Registering the truck took me to the same owner's portal where my Durango and Dart are listed. Is this the correct way to register because I do have my new truck listed in "my Garage" ?

I am one that is under the impression that after signing up on the Ram/Mopar sight that I received an email update with a tentative delivery date of 4/1/21 with a 1/21 order date. I don't recall my salesman taking an email address down and that is the only place I would have given that. Just my thought. Aside from that one email and a text of the VIN/VON from my salesman I have heard nothing and can't find anything on these other sites. I am ok with the wait so long as I have the truck for camping season.

A friend who ordered a truck at the same time as me through the same dealership got the same email. We both signed up on the Mopar site but I have not received the email. I suspect that because our trucks are configured a bit differently, his may have all the parts available but mine may be waiting for something. I am not sure that the email came because of signing up on that website though because you cannot enter your truck there until you take delivery. It won't accept your VIN and customer service told me that was why. However we both gave our emails to the dealer so that may be how he got the email notice tied to his order.

I ordered mine on 1/19 and haven’t registered on the site. I got an email on Monday that the expected delivery date is the week of 4/4/21 so hopefully this date doesn’t move too much.

I'm going with a SnowEx 8 1/2 foot straight blade. I plow residential driveways and didn't see the need for a V-blade. I would have purchased a BOSS but the underbody mount hangs so low. I don't like the way it looks when not in use. I'll post pictures today if possible with and without the plow on to show the mounting heights etc.

If i didn't already have a fisher i would have done the same i love the fisher but next new plow will be the snow ex v plow, i agree boss mounts are very low plus the boss plows i have used i was not impressed by...

Same thing happened to me, dealer didn’t tell me the truck came in because it got damaged, think he was trying to hide it and get it fixed before calling me until I just showed up at the dealership...
