I am getting tired of cleaning up puddles of def fluid. I didnt expect it to purge onto floor, thought it would pump to tank... on normal shutdown i get a 8" circle of water and about 16" crystal slash zone around it. Nothing a sheet of cardboard doesnt fix but seems like its wasting a lot. Are your guys doing same?

I also have never experienced this happening. Only 2 things that I feel could be causing it to leak 1] Improperly installed. Did you delete ? if so check your lines off the exhaust. 2] damaged connection. What is the outside temp at ?

Never. You've got something wrong there.
I figured.... got underneath and sure enough theres a tennisball sized chuck of salt build up. Cleaned it up and hose to tank was just sitting on fitting (3/4" away from clipped), was not hooked up. So majority would go to tank but not all, snapped cleaned up fitting onto rim and seems to not leak now, go figure... one more quality control problem.
