2021 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your order here!

They should extend those incentives/rebates since everyone is having so much trouble getting their trucks in time for them not to expire.

Just had an interesting chat with Ram Care. They just informed me that my truck is built and will be waiting on extras to be installed. So I should have a build sheet tomorrow when it updates the system. Now just have to wait the 5-6 weeks to get it.
Total time should be 17-18 weeks from order date.
Sequence number is 529462

For your sake I hope the Body Vendor installs you extra faster than they did mine. It took nearly 3 weeks. Bed liner, non motorized running boards and bumper step....

Yeah I got all of that with deployable side steps and a bed cover, oh yeah and 5th wheel prep.
so I am hoping they go smoothly. Right now I was told by someone that the body vendors are caught up and moving thru them quickly. They worked while the factory was closed over the holidays.

I agree, my Dealer has another customer who wanted a 2020 that was "In Transit" but still hasn't gotten delivered yet and the $2500.00 incentives have now expired and not coming back. So now the potential buy is screwed and the dealer is trying to get Ram to somehow reduce the price by the $2500 to make things right with the buyer. I agree with the thought that if you've had an incentive or rebate that has or is close to expiring Ram should still honor it because of the Delays.

Where are you seeing $2,500? Best I could find was $1,500 on the Ram site.

Thanks! 553263 I believe(not home to check) and 0115...
Sequence number doesn’t mean anything, mine is 553253 and still not built, ordered 12/1. But it’s awesome to see trucks ordered in December getting built, brings a little hope...

Mine was just built today. It was ordered 10/30

I never did get the incentive so I'm hoping my truck will get shipped directly to the dealer instead of going to the incentive expiration holding lot for a month or two.

My salesman just told me that my truck is scheduled to hit the local railyard next Tuesday. If it stays on schedule, pick-up would be next Friday or Saturday. Now I'm wishing I had scored one of those cash back offers although then I probably wouldn't be seeing my truck until March after the offer expired. :D

Congrats! Post some pics when you receive her! If you do receive it next Friday would that be like 10 weeks since you placed the order?

Words of caution: Today is day 29 of rail yard detention for me. Less then 100 miles from dealer........

Hope you have better luck from RamDoesn’tCare

That is just nuts! too bad the dealer couldn't just send a hotshot rig over to grab it.

I just received an email from Jeff at Ram, supposedly my shipping process was concluded and my delivery to dealer is 1/14, I’ve heard nothing from my dealer, even been trying to contact him all morning.......

Dealer finally called me back, truck showed up Friday, but they damaged a mirror while unloading it... they ordered a new mirror that is supposed to be in today, hopefully I’ll be picking it up tomorrow, which puts it at 19 1/2 weeks from when I ordered it.

Has anyone else noticed that their SL date and MSRP have changed while waiting for delivery? My 2500- VIN 506602 ordered 09-24- window sticker originally showed an SL date of 12-06 when I printed it back around Christmas. I pulled the sticker up through the dealer inventory listing for my truck today- the SL now shows "0112-3", and the MSRP of the truck is up $250, $200 increase in base price, and $50 increase to the Limited Level 1 package. I don't know if the changed SL indicates arrival at dealer, or a delayed shipping date or what. Ugh.
