let’s hear em..

I’ll go first. I wish my truck..

1) didn’t have a dash squeak. .. (i fixed this)

2) held more fuel

3) had 60/40 split rear folding seat (can’t fold the whole seat due to carseat)

definitely held more fuel a 31 gallon tank on a Power Wagon is nuts. I wish the spare tire location could fit my Toyo 35" tire (I know they fit smaller 35's but Toyo R/T and MT run bigger than most 35's)
It is criminal it does not have a 12V power outlet in the back seat area and only one up front...Come on man...

I wish my truck...

1. Had a CP3

2. Had a 55 Gallon fuel tank

3. Had a heated steering wheel like my old 2015 1500

This list was much longer, but I've been knocking items off when i have the time and money, heated steering wheel is probably the next thing i'm going to take care of.

I wish my truck:
  1. Didn't have the door puddle lights at the end of the mirror so when tucked in they light up the door, not the ground
  2. Had more storage behind the rear seats
  3. Came in a blue with the Night Edition
  4. Didn't give me concerns about the CP4 issue (even though I have the single dimple pump)
  5. Came with an exhaust tip (black for the night edition) rather than the raw, stainless steel pipe.

I haven't got it yet but I already wish for:

1- Bigger fuel tank for the 6.4.
2- That I could order it in any color or configuration that they make regardless of my trim level.
3- That the 120v outlets had more power than their measly 400w. Ford really stepped up the game here on the 2021 F150 where you can order it with a 2000 watt generator built in. That would be nice to be able to run power tools or a coffee maker.
4- That the Mega Cab had the in floor storage bins under the floor mats.
5- That the subwoofer wasn't located in the Mega Cab's storage compartment.
6- That the heated and cooled seats had buttons to control it (why not put that on the door?) instead of having to navigate through the 12" uconnect.
7- Auto 4WD mode.
8- Better tow mirrors.
9- 5th gen cab as long as I could still get it in a Mega Cab.
10- Bigger spare tire storage area.

1. Bigger fuel tank on my 6.4 "short" bed
2. Telescopic steering wheel
3. SHUTOFF for ECO mode. God I hate the way it makes the truck feel and drive. And, yes I know how to disable it EVERY stinking time you put it in or out of gear. Give me a permanent shutoff.
4. The AC to be RIGHT. Fixed. Not just better, but the way it should be!
5. No darn "chirp" or "squeal" or whatever you call that sound.

Bigger fuel tank.
Tow mirrors similar to the Superduty.
Ability to fit a 37" tire under the bed.
Easier access to the rear in floor storage bins without having to lift the floor mats every time.
Inverted oil filter accessible from the top side of the engine bay.
4.56 gears at least optional.

I'll only list things I can't change (other than the pump).

1) Didn't have a glitter bomb CP4
2) Had a more powerful HVAC fan
3) Had more viewable camera space on the 8.4. A disappearing until you touch it menu bar and take away the "Top View" "Rear View" header on the backup cam in reverse. Like really? That's those views? No crap, thanks for letting me know.
4) Was a Mega Cab (except for when offroad)
5) Had a smooth hood where the badges are so I could pull them.
6) Had a smooth tailgate where the Ram head is so I could pull it.
7) Had proximity keyless entry

Other than that stuff, and some is trivial, it's one of the nicest and most capability impressive machines you can buy. I daily it, towed with it, offroaded with it, took family trips in it, pretty much all you can do with it. Gets great mileage, comfortable smooth ride, great interior and sound system, awesome configurable gauges...etc. Fantastic super truck.

Some of these things sound like great ideas and wishes.

However, I’ll pass on the auto 4wd. I’ll keep my floor shift!

Hes talking about an auto transfer case. In GM world, auto engages a clutch in the Tcase at about 15%. When slip is detected, it grabs 100%.

Good for areas that snow where your going from plowed and dried main roads to snowy/icy side roads or a mix of both.

Hmmm....
1st of course I wish for the 3! I even asked Santa but no dice.
2nd selectable HUD.
3rd I wish it ‘’didn’t have‘’ pig pee injection, dirty exhaust recirc. and oil/water vapour for my turbo.

I know this. Rebuilt many after “pump rub” holes in the cases. They’re junk

Sorry but the Ford SD tow mirrors are the second worst idea only slightly behind the worst from Chevy/GMC. Unless you like elephant ears blocking your view of vehicles to your right at intersections.
I have no need of 4.56 gears as I have the cummins, but I like the rest of your list.

I just ordered a mega and really don't understand why it doesn't get the same storage options under the rear floor mats. I get that it has additional storage behind the seat, but it won't double as an ice bucket.

Good thing it came with a 1,600 liter ice bucket behind the cab ;)
