75th Anniversary Edition build and BS

I’d be curious to see more photos of the rock Sliders... how/where they attach, closer views of what they look like, etc,
Here you go. You can see it doesn't give you a whole lot of "step" and they are tucked super tight to the rocker. They bolt on in what I'm assuming are the same 6 locations for regular steps. The metal is 1/8" thick, and sits tight to the rocker which should help distribute weight. I wouldn't count on them for Johnson Valley, but I'd say they're definitely an improvement over normal steps.

Thanks for taking the photos of the Sliders.
They look nice, do they work well as a step getting in? I know the Chevy ZR2 OEM sliders were known to be more of a hinderance than a help for getting in/out of the truck.

I have a couple concerns about their actual functionality as rock sliders though...
a) they are not wheel-to-wheel, so they leave the bedside vulnerable
b) they attach to the body not the frame.

What is the width and height of the step on the sliders? I have kids, and those look really high and really narrow. Thnx

I can measure them later, but yes they are really high and fairly narrow. My wife and I don't have any issue using them to step in, but there are definitely better options for both steps and sliders.

man I want a set of those sliders. For what I do they will be perfect.

I'm more than happy to give you my VIN if that will help with your search. They'll probably serve my needs well for this truck also. I have my XJ for roughing up in the rocks.

I forgot to add, I know there aren't many of these out in the wild yet, so if anyone wants a picture of anything specific or has a question about something I'll try my best to oblige you.
Thanks for the great photos. I plan to order a 75th Power Wagon this summer and two questions I have are---how is paved road ride comfort and how high is step over height from the ground? My 2019 Ram Laramie step over height from ground is 22.5 inches and I can get into the cab ok. There are no Power Wagons at my local dealers to check out. Thanks again for all your posts.

So finally got ahold of my local dealer and he said they can do invoice on the next allotment of orders which comes out to .932 of the net price when building online roughly. Seems like you got a much better deal.

can you just plug your vin into this site and see if they come up. Might be too new tho..

Here are some pics with a tape measure. 22" tall and 2.75" wide at the step pad.

Nothing comes up yet for anything that is new. I really want to find out about a fifth matching wheel and what the price of the beadlock kits are myself.

Thanks @dave41079 for the measurements; the height from ground to slider is about same as ground to inside the cab on the 1500's; looks to be about another three inches from slider to inside the cab; this will be a stretch for me as I am only 5' 8" tall; how has the paved road ride been so far?

Amazing. The two things I have told people are "it's like they hid a luxury car inside a full size truck," and "it's like driving a recliner."

As far as stepping in, I step into the rock rail, then into the truck. Going straight into the truck is a bit much. My wife has no problems with this method either.

Interesting, just found this 75AE listed online. It does have the special door and tailgate outline decals... but even more interesting is it DOES NOT have 2-tone paint...I thought the only single-color paint option was black.

If you look at the window sticker for that one, it has the Monotone Paint option added, which isn't available when using the configurator on the ramtrucks site, but maybe it is one of those hidden gems that can be done within DealerConnect.

It is available through dealer connect. They originally ordered mine as monotone, and I caught it and got it changed. I prefer the two tone. There was a patriot blue 75th for someone else on the lot when I picked mine up, and it was also monotone.

I'm very interested now about the decals. It even lists it in the window sticker under the 75th AE package, but my window sticker did not have that one line listed for some reason. That truck was shipped 6 days prior to mine by the SL number. It is also #85, and mine is #107.
