If it's trying to download you can try right-clicking the link and choose "Copy Link Address" and then paste that into notepad or word and add your VIN number after the = and then copy and paste that into the address bar of your web browser

Copy the link the paste it in your browser. Then add your vin to the end in all caps

About ready to pull the trigger on the above build. Best deal I've been able to get after weeks of calls/emails. Delivery would be sometime in March, and yet to be determined what incentives will be at that time. If all goes as previous years, it will be "Truck Days" at that time. Dealer is 2.2 miles from my home which saves me the travel time/expense.

I'm confused. There's another 2k in holdbacks? And fee's to me will be spelled out before I give a deposit. I assume fees to mean tax and license, and maybe a charge to process the license.
You should never pay more than the invoice minus the Holdback (HB)
Additional discounts on top of that are gravy.
Doc fees are BS and often inflated (back office financing CODB)
Dealer prep fees are BS (they already get paid by FCA) Hell, they don't even set the tire pressure on PDI.
No, the holdback is probably more like 1900 on that price so you're leaving 900 on the table.
What incentives do you have available?
USAA?
FedPen?
Sams/Costco?
etc.
That's not counting any factory incentives or rebates.
There were some members also reporting pop-up $1K on the build and price pages, not sure if that's available.
Taxes are taxes nothing you can do and they vary greatly based on locale.
My title fee was $25. That's all it costs the dealer to process tags. State got their pound (more like 5 pounds) of flesh after that to register.
You should be getting 10-12% off the MSRP on the deal before TTL

Exact reason I ordered a 3500. My 2500 is great but looking to upgrade campers and it’ll be over so new truck it is.

This is not true, or someone doesn’t want to do their job. The dealer is the person who is supposed to be giving you updateson your truck. They have access to information about your truck that customer service does not. I would ask to speak to the general manager of the dealership, and if they can’t give you any information ask that their FCA representative contact you.

W ho told you your status, when I talked with Ram Chat they told me they do not have that info any more. Just said out to shipping just like the last to three weeks.
Hit rail yard 12/25; delivered to dealer 12/31; I will pick up 1/2. Almost 12 weeks total from order to delivery.
