Just called FCA again. Even after giving them ALL my info yeasterday I haven't received a "link" to any website to track my Trucks progress. The lady I talked to today had no clue what link there was if any and she supposedly asked several other assistants and they didn't know either. Guess I'll just have to wait for it's arrival at the dealership.

I don't know of any website but you can always you the chat feature and get info about your vehicle all the way up to the time it ships. Here is the link and the chat button is in the top left - https://fcacommunity.force.com/Dodge/s/knowledge

FCA does not have a 'tracking' website. Not even in this covid day & age. The ONLY way I've gotten any info was by calling my Salesman. I do it every Monday. RAM Chat is also helpful, but the selling dealer has the most accurate updated info, and it ain't much. My Ramp Date, which is the date the dealer expects the truck on thier lot, has changed three times from FCA in the last week. Really stupid in this digital age that we can't easily track our truck build, but it is what it is.

What, I was told this am mine won't ship to Jan 9th . I ordered on 10/26.

How long after build sheet came up did you get your window sticker. Does Crypto stickers cost money?

Cryptostickers was free for me. Like Limited said, click on NOT FOUND and boom, there it is! My Build sheet and window sticker populated on the same day; today
 
If you have your window sticker and download the my RAM app you can enter your VIN to add the truck to your garage. After that you can see the PDF manual for your vehicle.

Mine showed up on my ram but still no window sticker. It has to be close..

I also added a link in my signature for the manual if anyone wants to download it. The manual is for both the 2021 2500 and 3500

That's hilarious! Yeah, I went for the 8' box when I saw the 50 gal diesel tank was a 300 dollar upgrade. Can't add extra fuel capacity aftermarket for that price. As for Payload, I'm at 4320 with a 12,300 GVWR and a 25,090 towing capacity.

I think your payload will be just shy of 4000.
Once you have the window sticker you can
look up payload and towing on the Ram site
