I don't have a window sticker, but I did receive a small photo of the date when ordered and supposed shipping date of the 21 of November. Also have the VIN and VON. Dealer didn't put my email into the system so I'm not getting email updates on the trucks progress.

I thought the HD 2500 and 3500 trucks were made in Michigan. Are they made in Mexico still?
 
Just curious. What you all have ordered.. I ordered a loaded 2500 Laramie on 9/29.(moon roof,bed package, level 2, safety, towing tech). its was shipped to storage waiting finale inspection and add ons 11/23.. I still don't have a window sticker or delivery date ,and that is all the info I can get from ram chat and dealer.. is there something they are having trouble getting or did my truck get damaged and there fixing it.. I'm not sure what is going on..

I ordered the 2500 limited Diesel with just about all options on 11/3 and it was shipped as of 12/18 with an arrival date of 12/31/20 - 1/14/21

I ordered a 3500 SO bighorn level 2 on 10/23 shipped 11/30 supposed to be at dealer 12/21
 
Mine is also a night editing with the air suspension.. I wonder if either of those things have to do with the delay..

I’m in the same boat as you. 9/30 order. 12/7 build. Apparently waiting on bed liner. No idea what is taking so long. I ordered my first one back in June and it was damaged in transport. I refused delivery and ordered a new one. I have now been waiting 6 months for a truck.

Just was on Ram chat, was told my truck will ship this week and will be in central Ohio on 1/11/21 it's been at the "body" shop for 26 days..

I can see from past chats it has been in this status since at least November 28 and I was told it could be in that status for up to 14 days which would have been up to December 12 (it is now the 22nd). I am just concerned that RAM Chat is saying it is still awaiting install of optional equipment. I have the $1500 bonus cash but I am starting to think I will not take delivery by the 23rd.

Also I got a $1000 bonus cash offer from RAM in the mail yesterday if I take delivery by 1/4/21. I wish LOL.

I ordered my vehicle on 9/8/20.

It sounds like we are in the same sinking boat. Mine was put into JB "Vendor Upfit Center" on the 25th of November. On Thursday the 17th of December, I called and spoke with a woman who then forwarded on my concerns. A short time later I got a call from a FCA rep. who said he was going to "look into" the delays and get my vehicle into what he referred to as a "fast track" so I could get it faster. He said he would get more info on my truck and get back to me on Friday which was the 18th. He didn't call.... I plan on calling them back on Monday the 21st to see if I can get more information and a "realistic" arrival date at the dealer. He, the rep. did state that the plant will be shutting down from the 23rd of Dec. to Jan 3rd or 4th I cannot remember which. I curious if they are running two or three shifts per day and if the plants are operating 7 days a week or what are their hours / days. Then I will also try to find out how the vehicles get from Mexico to the US and once in the US what the transporter dates are. At this point I have a hell of a lot more questions than I have answers.

I don't get it. My build is almost identical to yours. Only difference is crew cab vs regular cab, granite crystal vs red, and a few options you had that I don't. I ordered 20 days before you and I still don't have ETA.
