Fluid film, i used to use krown which worked well but screwed all the rubbers like trans mount and bushings on everything else on my old 2nd gen

If your truck has the active shutters then you shouldn't need one at all. I am not sure but I think most models come with it if not all of them.

I have mine on anything less than 0*c or 18*f i have it on but the flaps open after -5*c i close the flaps.

If your truck has the active shutters then you shouldn't need one at all. I am not sure but I think most models come with it if not all of them.

Thats fake news.... all models have the active shutters they are not a substitute as they will open when the truck starts to warm up but with out the cover the truck wont hit proper operating temps without the grill cover, if i don't have the flaps closed in anything colder than -5*c the truck wont hit 90*C which is proper operating temp
