So I have 2020 Tradesman and I don't like the chrome on the front. I think I will go and replace front to look like power wagon. Anyone done this? Also I will add the front camera so I need parts that will fit the camera. From what I see is I need these parts:

Diagram Reference Part DescriptionMopar Part NumberPrice
1Applique Grille6NB03GXHAF$121.90
8Grille Radiator68443913AA$197.80
9Trim Kit Grille6NB35TZZAB$52.73
10Panel Filler Left6NB33GXHAB$58.60
10Panel Filler Right6NB29GXHAB$58.60
11Applique Grill6NB13GXHAC$216.20
12Surround Grille6NB50GXHAA$50.73
13Bracket Camera68386821AA$11.57
14Bracket Camera68364534AA$11.57
19Backing plate Emblem68459115AB$40.98
Total$820.68

This is kind of much money. It might be cheaper if I buy #8 , 12 and 19 only and get the rest sprayed with bed liner type of material or paint? Or maybe get them vinyl wrapped? I know a local guy who does car vinyl wrapping.

Left is power wagon and right is a tradesman with power wagon package? Is that grill factory or modified?
that is how they come from the factory. yes right is tradesman with pw package.

I also have a PW and like the tradesman grille better. But not enough to do anything about it.
I agree unless it was simple and inexpensive...which it is neither.

Non-chrome tradesman lower bumpers are painted black, power wagon lower bumper is powder-coated black. I am sure there is a significant price difference between the two.

Price for powder coated one should be much higher. Not a complicated process.

Maybe reach out to this company and see if they are willing to make you a set. Kind of pricey but they are easy to install, look good, and are reversible.

I hate chrome bumpers too. I don't understand why most tradesmans are ordered with chrome for an extra $1000+ when they come stock (free) with black bumpers.

I used plastidip on my grille and rear bumper on my tradesman. Cost me about $15

I purchased black RAM letters and black factory badges.

I also ordered the black bezel housing headlights

Did you replace all the parts? Or paint/wrap them?
Replaced the parts, painting and wraps will eventual wear off and I was looking for longevity. For the badges I bought a 3M eraser wheel to remove the residual glue, went a lot faster than picking off with your fingers.

Agreed, most of the Tradesman I was looking at had the chrome package. The extra thousand I saved went back into the truck with a level 2 and tow package along with upgraded Uconnect, shift on the fly 4WD, limited slip, 4.10 gears and off road package (removed the 4 x 4 emblem decal on the rear sides). I prefer the painted black over the powder coat as it is a matte finish verses gloss. Matte black was what I had in mind. My old 1500 was chromed out and time for a change.

You have a nice looking truck. Exactly the route that I will be going. You were able to order the off-road package without adding the chrome bumpers? I haven’t seen that as an option on Rams website for 2020 or 2021.

Thanks, I didn't think you could order the off-road without the chrome as well. Found it on the lot (more like the back lot, wasn't ready for sale yet) with all the options I wanted except for badges being blacked out, must be a unicorn. Wasn't really interested in the off-raid package as most of what came with it is gone now or will be soon. One option I wish it had is a telescopic steering wheel, only has the tilt.

I have Tradesman as well and I'm looking to do a blackout as far as badges go, which I already purchased. But I like the body color match grille surround and applique (sport/night ed.). Mine are chrome. I plan to replace the front and rear bumper with Ranch Hand bumpers. I've been researching (trying to find) those from the factory painted. My question is, can one purchase those from mopar already painted or do they need to be bought black and painted? So far the answer I'm lead to is i would need to buy black and have them painted. Thx.
