Very happy with 12.9% below MSRP on an ordered truck, especially in a seller's market. Now to decide which lift and 18" or 20" wheels to get... Hoping to put Nitto Ridge Grappler 37x12.5 tires if I find something with minimal rubbing.

Lands at about 9.7% off MSRP before incentives, rebates, etc. at time of pickup. I'm happy with this price given I'm in the Midwest and don't want to travel to MD, ID, etc.

If you're in the midwest, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Stoughton (Wisconsin)
I'd highly recommend Dennis Calvert ([email protected]) at this dealership, down to earth guy and very responsive.

I'm looking forward to owning a new Ram and customizing it to my liking!

Almost identical to mine and ordered just a few days apart. I'll be curious how they compare in build dates; keep in touch.
And that's a great price. After you figure fuel and a ticket out there, plus your time, you're right that you're not really saving that much buying out of state. It's better to support your local economy and build a good relationship with a close-by dealer anyway.

Will do Paul, I'll keep you posted! Any plans for lift, etc?

3500 swrw qclb 6.7so
56960 msrp
50,793 includes everything except tax and reg. That 10.8 % off. 5% of that is rebates.

I would like to do better but there are only 4 similar trucks on the lot within 500 miles. Considering the market I am happy. This is in CT

This was a quote I received but I am not going to deal with the them.

2021 Limited Longhorn 2500
Granite
Black and Cattle Brown interior
Diesel
Very well optioned (can't recall it all)

MSRP $80,235
Price $70,235
Discount from MSRP = 12.5%

Dealer is fine. Sorry, but I think they just tend to work within different degrees of BS. Was stunning how much higher a few others were from this price. The dealer I liked the most in terms of professionalism were just too slow to respond to my request for pricing and when they finally called (today), they started playing games...just amazing, this business. Bleh.

I looked there last weekend. Seeing 10 sales guys all standing outside at the front door told me almost everything I needed to know but I went and spoke to the kid who helped me on the phone. After he wanted to argue with me about whether or not the 3500 had LEAF springs on the FRONT, I just about said goodbye but instead just suggested that he really should have the basics down cold before dealing with a guy looking to spend $80K. Nice kid, but clueless and the vibe in the place made me want to take a shower after leaving. They were also $3500 HIGHER than two other dealers.

Your deal sounds fine as long as you get another $2K or so in incentive cash.

If only we had dealers that were worth a damn.......

I picked up a 2020 2500 Laramie Crew Cab 4WD today, 6.7, Level 1 Package, Night Edition, Leather Buckets, 12" Radio and a few other small add-ons.

Sticker was $71,130, got $10,000 off from dealer plus $2000 in rebates (and a bedliner) for $59,130 plus TTL.

Yes, already shopping! ;)
I'm planning for 37" tires and a Thuren or Carli 2-3" lift, but may still do 35" tires and the Carli level kit. I need to make up my mind soon because I'd like to install the lift the first few days of having it and then send it off to NHOU for BOSS Wax and oil coating treatment. After that I'll get window tint installed and maybe paint protection film on the front bumper. Then my plan is to remove the back seat to make a bench for my dog, and maybe also the rear door cards. She scratched the door leather up pretty good in my last vehicle, so i was thinking of having a vinyl-wrapped plastic panel made like they put in police vehicles. On top of that I'm looking for some accessories like good all-weather mats, a hard tri-fold tonneau cover, and maybe a box that can fit underneath. I really wanted to keep the ram boxes but talked myself out of it at the last minute because I use my bed regularly so I didn't want to give up the space.
How about you?
