General question, since I owned this 19' 2500 CTD it has slightly pulled to the right. has 7000 miles now.
At ~1500 miles I swapped to Wrangler durartac tires and had alignment completed. It was out on two. still the issue continued by less.
Last weekend I noticed the outside edges of the front tires were worn more than inner edge so today had it aligned again, toe was out. The shop that aligned me today has aligned many of my other cars and truck so I trust them, I then drove home and again I am slightly drifting to the right.

I will go back and see them on Friday but I don't think this is an issue with the alignment, seems to be something else, anyone else notice this? It is not drastic but I would not want to go hands free at speed!

Meant to add, tires are at 60psi cold, get as high as 68 Front and 64 rear when moving unloaded if this could be related. I can drop the pressures

Maybe also check where they have your caster. In the link Jhon sent you there is a note on caster on radius arm trucks, read it and you can get under there and see for yourself what they are talking about. My truck was way off on this from factory and handled like crap.

This is the printout from the alignment, caster and toe are good now, but toe was out prior. I will drive it for a week and if not improving will go back and have them recheck it all, the shop is good and will not be a problem.
Tire wear may be resolved now so i just want to stop this drifting to the right slightly, that may well be caster incorrect

Trooper I’ve had mine at the dealership twice for the same exact reason. They make sure it’s within spec and send me on my way. Way to much toe is what it is

yep, I agree, which means OEM spec is not right?? it is strange as I still pull to the right when driving. As is said the shop I use is good so will have them play with this to fix it although not good for a new truck :)

Radial pull is not unusual with more aggressive tires. Have you tried swapping tires side to side?

all I have done is normal rotation. You say not unusual with aggressive tires, can you explain more?

Not much to explain. Whether tread design, tire construction, or whatever it is common enough that companies like Carli make a nitogen charged steering stabilizer that allows you to adjust the charge to offset the inherent pull of some tires. Swap your fronts side to side and see if it drifts the other way.
