What did you do TO your RAM today?

Installed my Pedal Commander PC31. Still need to play with the settings but just for kicks I put it in Sport+ +4 and all I can say is WOW!! I’ll be tucking the controller away and running it off of my phone to keep the clean cab look.

Looking fwd to reporting back with any mpg savings (if any).

Is that the dead pedal corrector, if so how much, and was it just plug and play

Yes sir, it is. I believe they are on sale right now for $299 but I think I paid $269 with my first responder discount which I didn’t know they offered until checkout, so kudos to Pedal Commander for supporting first responders and military.

It is literally the definition of plug and play. It took longer to get my fat a$$ in the awkward position under the dash than it did to install. Unplug the pedal connector, plug it in to one side of the PC harness and plug the other end back into to the pedal and done!!

I hope u guys went with banks or at least looked at their product before purchasing... Check out youtube there are a ton of videos on comparing others to banks.

Hers one

So In other words, if you needed to take your truck in for service, it wouldn't require any tools, must unplug and plug

Correct sir. You could even quickly detach it from the supplied mount to make it completely disappear.

I think we've asked this before but are there any , that the trucks ( black box) won't record so fca can never tell?

Thats one of my biggest complaints, when I hit the pedal it don't jump, that's why I wanted the 410 tractor gear for, let's go. I feel like I'm going to get in a wreck before it spools up.

Look on u tube specifically banks videos they answer all these ?
I just watche'd all 15.5 minutes if that video. Banks is definitly proven equipment, they even said, no foot print. Basically same cost, $300, that's reasonable, now I've got to find a coupon and do some negotiating. That will be the one that I go with. Thanks for that post.

Finally got around to installing some lights in the rear bumper. I have connected them to (F) wire by the spare tire and controlling them from Aux switch 6. These are bright. 4 10W cree LEDs in each light. Defused for flood versus spot. I'll try to get a shot of them at night. They are from Black Oak LED.

Some comparisons now that it's dark. First is just the light on the garage. Second is factory LED reverse lights. They are pretty decent for factory. Third is reverse and new bumper lights all on. Just a little bit of difference I'd say.

Man, that's amazing, your blinding the whole culdisac. Do you also have those on the aux switch back so you can use as work lights and mow everyone's grass at night, cuz it look like it needs it. Your flower Potts need some pruning as well. Great job, id a been a nervous wreck cutting those into the bumper

Nice,

I'm putting parts together to add some under the bumper. Decided I want them to be both switchable for always on or disabled or reverse operated. Now I just have to diagram a schematic with a couple latching relays/circuits to use with an Aux switch setup to toggle it reverse/on/off.

Yes, I was nervous as well. Nick it in a couple places to be honest. I currently only have them controlled by the AUX switch with ignition on setting. On previous truck I have put in 4" round landing lights style spot bulbs. Those I had triggered off the reverse light with a relay and got power for the lights themselves from the battery wire for the trailer wiring. Worked great. I think in order to do a dual setup (aux switch and reverse trigger), you'd need a diode in the wiring to keep from getting feedback to the other circuit. But I could be wrong on that as I have not tried it myself. Be interesting to see Brutal_HO setup when he gets it together.

You could always just do a quick connect into a hot reverse wire, but I personnel wouldn't do that with a new vehicle, warranty, feedback on other circuits

I know it is probably an impossible ask, but I wonder how this compares to the Carli sway bar... definitely a better price than the Carli model for sure.

Installed the Thuren sway bar this morning, so far I’m liking the improved ride quality. Will have to get the coils, shocks, track bar and steering stabilizer to finish things off.

Yea, simple circuit is a single relay with a diode on the reverse lead (from trailer plug). This would give you reverse activation and manual control. I'm also looking at a lockout option.
