for a pocket pistol the G43 is pretty darn easy to shoot. These were the very first rounds thru the barrel and I am an old shaky alcoholic who can't see the broad side of a barn unless i run in to it. unfortunately i lost this gat the same day in a boating accident.

Can't turn over a gun to the state if it's at the bottom of a lake. ;)
 
I've got a P229 that started life as a .22, but i purchased all the conversion kits for it, it's mostly a range gun since I can't carry here in the Peoples Republic of NJ... And even if i could carry the 229 is pretty big. I picked up a P224 for the off chance that one day the supreme court decides liberate us.

For home defense i keep a judge chambered for 3" .410 near the bed, keep it loaded with 2 rounds bird shot as a polite yet firm way of asking a home invader to GTFO, and then 3 rounds 00 Buck for when i'm done asking. If that's still inadequate it'll at least have bought me some time to get to one of the big bore handguns, AR's, or 12 Gauges by the safe.

"Alexa, Intruder!"

Claymore Roomba (aka Boomba) starts up, lights strobe, Alexa sets the volume to 11 and plays "Welcome to the Jungle" on the big stereo.

Changed up the EDC knife a while back (stock photo "Phaeton")

That double edge blade I was carrying before is too dangerous for pocket knife duty.

Just picked this up 2nd hand after eye banging them for too long. Have to get it to the range for checkout before I carry it. Will probably just upgrade the trigger. Not a fan of striker pistols, but the positives outweigh the negatives on this one.

This is my go to carry, she’s a little thick but so am I so she disappears in the waistband.

Some of my pew pews. The camo gripped is a 9-shot DA 22 revolver I picked up a few years ago on trade. The FDE Smith is my current IDPA sidearm. The carbine is a 9mm I built a while back. Kind of a franken-gun as it's built from various pieces and parts. 9 shot.jpgSWMP.jpgAR9.jpg
