My new 2020 2500 just got a Carli Level and 35's and it feels like the wheels are out of balance on the front end, most noticeable between 60 and 65. Had the wheels rebalanced 2 times and no improvement. Mechanic recommending getting the tires shaved. Any ideas?

Did you check the alignment first?
Factory specs suck, go by carli or Thuren specs.

I say contact whomever you bought the parts from and see what suggestions they offer...it could be wheels or you need more parts for the changed geometry?

Back on this problem again. Vibration has come back. Wondering if its bad tires? Super frustrating! Any solutions or ideas?

My Cooper 35s wobble(steering wheel wiggle)at around 45mph but only on certain stretches of asphalt. Some areas they are buttery smooth. I plan on adjusting the toe at some point. But going to check balance again as well. Did you use hubcentric wheels or rings? I did not, however I've read that the rings sometimes help address vibration. I have Ridge Grapplers on my JK, they are smooth everywhere.

Thank you! No haven't tried hubcentric rings yet, hearing mixed reviews on those.

If you have your factory rims and tires, put them back on jsut as a test. If it goes away you know it is isolated to the wheels and tires.
I have cooper AT3XLT no level or lift and factory rims. I have also had a wobble at 65ish. America's tire cant seem to get them balanced properly. Only have about 3K on them. I just set my cruise to 72 and runs smooth.

I had that issue with Toyo's on my Ford, but the shake started right at 55 mph.

Thanks, will try this.

Did you get this resolved? Looking at doing the Carli and 35’s also. Looks like it’s recommended to install an aftermarket track bar with this setup, did you swap the track bar?

Still a slight wobble at 60mph which bugs me but other than that it's a great ride. Didn't do the track bar, might do the sway bar or both the track and sway. Not sure that will do anything for the wobble though.

Love your setup. I have the same truck in a Laramie. What Fuel wheel is that? And how do you like the Nittos?
