23 Powerwagon 12” screen question/issue

I looked around didn’t see any exact match.

When I try to switch from preset station to station while driving many times the screen will override the station I’m trying to change to, to the previous preset and it drives me crazy.

Is there a way to lock the presets to prevent the system from constantly overriding my presets? It’s getting very old having to switch them back.

To perform a soft reboot of your Uconnect system, press and hold the volume knob and the tuner knob simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds until the system restarts.
Steps to Soft Reboot Uconnect
Ensure the Vehicle is in Park: Make sure your vehicle is in the "Park" position and the ignition is in the "Run" mode.
Press and Hold the Knobs: Simultaneously press and hold the volume knob and the tuner knob on your Uconnect system.
Wait for the Reboot: Continue holding the knobs for about 10-15 seconds. You should see the Uconnect system restart and return to the main home page. If concerns persist, let us know, and we'll reach out to you directly.
