2026 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here!

Dealer called yesterday to let me know the truck had arrived. Original estimated delivery date was 3/27, so came in 2 days early.

Order placed: 1/30
Confirmed: 1/31
In production: 2/15
Built: 2/17
Shipped: 2/17
Delivered: 3/25

Thanks, I may not have enough time to wait the 8-12 weeks I'm being told it may take, which is why I was checking duration. Mine would be coming through the port of Baltimore.

Yeah, much quicker than I expected. I'm assuming mine came through Baltimore as well (MN). To be honest if it wasn't for the 4.10 axle ratio I would've picked one off the lot.. I was afraid it would cut it too close to camping season. This was my 2nd order - my first was placed on 1/5 and the factory forgot an option so I decided to reorder.

My build was fast, but I guess I'm having bad luck on the delivery side.

Order placed: 2/4
Confirmed: 2/5
In production : 2/15
Built: 2/16
Shipped: 2/16

Estimated delivery has gone from 3/13 to 3/31 to 4/10 (going to Mark Dodge)

Built 2/19
Shipped 3/9 (according to dealer was waiting on final inspection for some time)

Delivery est is May.

I’m hoping mid April from what others have experienced.

Mine went from 3-27 to 4-12, then changed to TBD on 3-21. Got the call 3-25. There is hope!
Agree. The eta delivery date jumps all over the place and from what I've been seeing trucks generally get delivered before the date if/when its set. Good luck!

A question for the crew here that have ordered in recent years. How is pricing compared to buying a truck off the lot? I have never ordered a vehicle before, and I am curious is price is still negotiable?

It seems that it depends on the dealer. They have less incentive to sell you an order but they also have no overhead on it. I was able to negotiate with a couple local dealers and get to invoice price before finally ordering from Mark Dodge. The final price was lower, even after figuring in the travel or delivery. Some dealers wouldn't budge off of MSRP for an order. Too bad for them, I just moved on.

Sounds not terribly unlike shopping stock. Thanks for your input. I drove three states for my used truck so I will have zero issues driving anywhere in America for a good deal on an order.

Updated to shipped today, same date as build finished but no eta date
Ship ETA has fluctuated between Apr 13, to Apr 24, now back to Apr 13.

Getting close and trying to not focus on it...but Its hard. Been truckless for 2 months now.

Worst thing you can do is look at the clock. I know. practically broke the internet refreshing the page so much. Lol

Good luck. Will be here soon.

the further we get away from covid the more we forget how the pricing was during those times. Manufacturers weren't offering rebates and Mark Dodge was still discounting their HDs at 11% off sticker (Ram had an advantage as they were building trucks with some constraints, but the other brands it was like winning the truck order lottery to get something built). Mark Dodge blew up on the forums because dealers across the nation were either at MSRP or $5-10-15k over. Buyers from the west coast were spending almost $2k to have a truck shipped 1500+ miles and still saved crazy money.

now that the market is back to "normal" there are dealers that will get close to their pricing so at a minimum get a quote to know what other dealers need to match

Just to update, it showed up at Mark Dodge 4/1. So about 6 weeks from shipped to delivered.

Mine was ordered 2/17, started build 2/19, was in “final inspection” (dealer details) until 3/9 and has been “shipping” since . For a while I had a May delivery estimate but at this point there are no dates (including order or build) when I log in.

It will appear eventually! I’m glad I haven’t sold my 1500 yet!
