It kind of does, as does the rain and driving 60mph. hahaha
My daily is a company F250, my wife puts more miles on my truck than I do. Her normal daily is a Challenger scat pack, and if its nasty outside due to rain, snow, she will take my truck. Certainly easier on my truck to take a deer strike with full steel bumper and brush guard than her car. 1 deer was $15k in damage to her car, she hit another in my truck with zero damage. The crap I heard for wanting to put a new bumper and brush guard on just hasn't aged well. Don't need it, its ugly blah blah... :D
It certainly works well at its job though when you subtract from the local deer population.
 
Here in Central NY we have Delta Sonic gas station/car wash. They have an unlimited car wash package and if you have that and also link their fuel card to your bank account you get a fuel discount of $.020-.030 per gallon. The car wash is $30 a month and with it being unlimited there are days ill go though twice a day......on my way to work and on my way home LOL. I bet I go though the wash 10-15 times a month. My old 2020 was the same and granted it was also Billet silver but it was not all hazy scratched up, or you couldn't easily see them haha

Benderson (developer/owner) unlimited member here too. Have to time it right as you can spend some serious time in those lines. I like 20:45, just before they close or 7:00 when they open. Most times the truck looks good.

I use their fuel card as well although I have been dabbling in Upside as Delta isn’t everywhere.

In southern Ms also. My new '25 (delivered December with 51 miles) goes for ceramic coat on Wednesday. Hope it is worth the cost.

I have found that not all ceramic coatings are the same, you get what you pay for. Over the years Ive had all of my and the wife's vehicles coated increasing the
quality of the product as I go along. With the cheaper coatings it seemed to me I was lucky if I could tell if it was coated at all after 6 months.
Had my 2021 coated in Oct. 2021 with "Modesta +" and it is still like new.
I have what they call a touch up recoat every 2 years which cost about $200.
