@RamCares

Thank you for doing so, @Omar RVA! Just had a chance to respond!

I am incredibly sorry for the frustration and miscue on your dealer's part, @Rich. I have reached out to an internal resource on my end to gain further clarification regarding your situation. I will be sure to follow up with you via PM as soon as I receive additional details!

Thanks mark, i take comfort in knowing that your on the job and I highly appreciate your help in getting this resolved per my personnel issue that I explained I our pm.

I just bought a 2020 Laramie Longhorn with pretty much all the options, it has the LED lights in the bed and sprayed in bedliner, is it supposed to have the bed step? because it doesn't. Thanks.

Bed Utility group (spray in liner, step, led bed lights) is what I ordered in 02/2020. During the build process is when the step got recalled. In order to move forward with those builds, Ram changed the name to a bed convenience group which was bed liner, lighting, but no step to complete the build. It’s worthwhile to check your window sticker and confirm what was included. If there’s no bed group it was probably piece milled and not included.

Thanks @Omar RVA , that would make sense, I don't have the window sticker with me right now but I went to the RAM website and did a "build" and they don't even show the Bed Utility Group or Bed Convenience as options in the Longhorn, it does show the Bed Step by itself as a $350 option.

You can look up your window sticker on your owners pg

Thanks @Rich , found it on the Owner's website, I doesn't mention anything about the Bed Groups or Bed Step. I'll look into buying one because the rear bumper "step" pads are so narrow that makes it getting on and off the bed a little difficult.

10/4 that. That's why I need one so bad ,physical limitations. A step meeting me half way would half to soften the blow. I'm just to dam cheap to spend 400 on a step

On the Longhorn, I believe the step was a stand alone option and was not part of any package.

On the ram build site the Bed Utility Group (led bed lighting/spray bedliner/bedstep) is still listed for the Bighorn line up. When I ordered mine on April 27th (WHICH STILL HASNT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME AFTER ALMOST 21 WEEKS) dealer told me the step was not available but the lighting and liner was so I ordered them which came to $730.00 which meant the step was worth $15.00 because the package cost $745.00 WTF!!!!!! Folks, I have to say this is B.S. Im now off the topic but I want my truck and the step and hope the rest of you stay on them to get yours as well. SORRY FOR THE RANT BUT IM PI$$ED OFF AT RAM RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iff all you recieved was tyre bed liner and less than all you should of paid was $385 msrp or $350 sale price. If you paid $730 then you are entitled to the bed step if you don't get it you got screwed.

I added it during build. Was definitly worth it just for bed liner. When you price them out as separate, it dont make Sence to not get the pkg, you get the step for free, if we ever get them

Yikes! On my window sticker (from a truck that I just picked up off the lot), it shows $565 for the spray-in bed liner and $165 for the LED bed lighting! Clearly this was a truck ordered to get max profit, as otherwise the bed convenience package makes much more sense! But as my F250 had just died with repairs more than it was worth, I was kind of desperate, especially as the factories were still closed. In the future I'll try to order exactly what I want.

was unable to read all the articles but any reason the 2020 Laramie l just bought has poorer SirriusXM reception then my 2014 slt with 8.4 nav did? allways cutting in and out on top of the highest hill in an open valley even

Dont really know anything about this, but have heard many complaints so your in the same boat I figure!

Is there any redesign planned for the winter front grill cover? I just I tried to install this cover and my initial impression is what a piece of junk. Nothing is tight and those tabs move around so much and hold the cover so loosely that there is no way it would stay on at highway speeds. Also blocks the front camera. FCA has to redesign this. It's useless on my Limited grill.

I went to the dealership and they confirmed the cover does not fit on the limited grill. They are calling FCA tomorrow.
