the only electrical issue I have had on my '22 dsl 4x4 ccsb laramie is that once in a while the 12" screen goes black for some reason.

Its funny i just had this happen to me the other day - first time I have seen this in any of my Rams. Music was still playing but the screen was blank. I was using Android Auto and I had checked a text message on the phone when it went blank....just held the power button in and it restarted just fine.

good idea. I didnt try that. mine would be back on like nothing happened after a restart. after reconstructing the events, I realized that it happens every time we have passengers with I phones. ours are androids and we never had this problem when it's just me or the wife and I. I think the system gets confused with too many phone os's to pick from.

Interesting in that it shouldn't be picking up any phone that's not programmed into the head unit.

mine seems to want to pair every phone if it has bluetooth turned on. I dont pair my phone with the truck and the screen has never gone black with just me in it so am thinking that may have something to do with it.
