I was just looking back these and thought, "did J.J. Abrams take these pics? The amount lens flare is wild, LOL"Sorry (not sorry) for photobombing this thread. We also did a video walkthrough of the clean truck via FaceTime. They said the truck is READY so I'm now planning on picking it up first thing Wednesday.

Thanks, washed it and waxed it today. have to learn how to do this again since it won't fit in the automated car wash. have to go and cancel that account. Will post pics tomorrow if the sun will come out. Truck was clean from Dealer, however, once home I opened the hood and found the engine dusty. I am guessing from sitting in Mexico for over 3 months. Gunked the engine and sprayed with silicone. Now it looks like it should have from the get goNice garage flex there with that beast![]()

It is a little darker than I would like, but all they offered for the model year. There used to be another blue scheme, but it was too bright for me. This one needs to be in a bright sun for it to shine just a bit, but it is different from the usual black or white.@jetlag I saw a Ceramic Grey 2500 this past weekend in the wild. I did not like it. It would be nicer if it was a darker shade but Mopar’s is too bright compared to some other manufacturers of have a matte grey that’s darker.
I’m back to see if I like the Forged Blue. I have yet to see one in person.
Found this in the glove compartment. It is the Mexican shipping company that handles our trucks. It was picked up on 6/18 exactly one month from date of confirmation and what the tracker said. Then, tracker went awol after that with no further updates. Truck arrived at the dealership on 9/17, right at 4 months from beginning to delivery, so it sat somewhere in Mexico for almost 3 monthsOne month from order to being shipped Friday, very impressive. Of course, who knows on shipping![]()

Well I'm at 4 months now and still says the delivery date is "TBD". I called the dealer yesterday 4 times. Each time I was transferred to voice mail. I left 4 messages to two different people. I sat by the phone all day waiting for a call back. NO CALL BACKS!!! Absolute wasted day. I'm fed up and ready to cancel my order. I'll probably have to forfeit my $1000.00 down payment but I'm in a bind now with no truck. I guess I'll buy a 2026 on the lot at another dealer. Why are the 2026's on the lots and my 2025 isn't. Really pisses me off!!!I think I found my truck. See attached photo. It's the white one. I'm at 3 1/2 months and still says TBD for delivery.
Welcome to the forum and try to be patient. Some of us had to wait probably up to 6 months. Mine took 9 months because I had to wait for the engine option to be available, then again for the color I wanted. once the order was placed it took 4.5 months. Hang in there a little while longer. You didn't mention in your last post if the truck has gone through production already. If so, it's only a matter of time.Well I'm at 4 months now and still says the delivery date is "TBD". Ordered May 22, 2025. Built June 1, 2025 (Sunday). Shipped June 2, 2025 (Monday). Delivery Date TBD ever since. It's the dealer not returning my calls (4 voice mails) that really ticks me off. One other side note here; back in 1996 I ordered a new 1996 Chevy Impala SS. Ordered it in January 1996 and didn't receive it until September 1996 (9 months). I think I'm a pretty patient fella.Welcome to the forum and try to be patient. Some of us had to wait probably up to 6 months. While not ideal, it sounds like a trip to the dealer is warranted to get your update and express your frustration with the salesperson.Ordered May 22, 2025. Built June 1, 2025 (Sunday). Here's an update on my situation. The following day I made 2 more calls to the dealer; total of 6 calls. I finally got a human on the line. The dealer says it was put on a railcar September 5th and should arrive in Centreville Illinois at the rail yard October 13th. It still hasn't arrived. So I cancelled the ordered. They refunded my $1000.00 deposit. I got on the Ram website and found a 2026 similarly equipped (minus the heated seats and block heater) which is no big deal. The dealer knocked $10,000.00 off sticker so my final price was only $1000.00 more than the 2025 I had ordered. For that extra $1000.00 I now have a 2026 with a 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty. Now I'm happy.Ordered May 22, 2025. Built June 1, 2025 (Sunday). Shipped June 2, 2025 (Monday). Delivery Date TBD ever since. Sorry to hear your original order didn't work out, but it sounds like the final result was a benefit in regards to the warranty. The dealer I bought from was 400 miles away in Chattanooga TN. The dealer was Crown CDJR. I made the deal over the phone and drove down there the next day. Crown CDJR was excellent to work with and very accommodating.
Isn't it amazing how long it takes to get your New RAM off the assembly line, then how fast these things age..... LOL I purchased new in 2020 and waited what seemed like forever to take delivery, now it's 2026!2025 already?!
Metal clips to shrink and not make contact with fuse? Thermal expansion is so small especially at these temperature gradients and fuse tab sizes........I think this theory is incorrect.I remember seeing a post prior to even taking delivery of my new truck regarding seating the fuses in the fuse box under the hood near the battery. It seems the engineers can't figure out how to adjust the downward pressure the mechanical robot arm that seats the fuses needs in order to FULLY seat the fuses. Going back to my High School Science days (50+ years ago) I recall metal shrinks when it gets cold. Therefore if the fuses aren't fully seated it allows for the metal clips to shrink away from the metal tabs on the fuse itself causing a disconnect of power running through that fuse. In This case the fuse just as well be blown. As the temperatures rise the metal once again expands and makes connection.
LOL I won't even comment! You are WAY, WHY, WHY too intelligent for my generation....Metal clips to shrink and not make contact with fuse? Thermal expansion is so small especially at these temperature gradients and fuse tab sizes........I think this theory is incorrect.
I feel the whole fuse not being seated completely causing these electrical issues is ********.
I think you and I are the same generation if you went to high school 50 years ago. LMAOLOL I won't even comment! You are WAY, WHY, WHY too intelligent for my generation....
