Order ConfirmedOct-09-2025. Shipped Dec 19 Ram Cares is no help dealer has no clue heading to 5 months. Ram heavy duty help with tracking is nonexistent. Mailed Ram represents no reply.

Have you reached out to the district sales manager not the dealer manager but distric manager? You have way more patience than I would ever have.

Yes emailed and left phone msg with the District manger no reply. Just got off phone with sales manger he said it looks like it has started to move again. As long as I get before 6 months I sold my old 2500 and heavy duty trailer on Oct 1 Missouri only allow 6 months for tax credit

I agree I have ordered two heavy duty Fords in the past Tracking was spot on even after shipped. Yet Ford nor Chevy offer the great options on a req cab that Ram does.

I really can't complain (yet) about recent HD order. Previous Ram/Dodge orders went pretty well except for the Dodge Durango Hellcat that went south. That was because dealer lied about having allocation though.
Still - shocks me that we can track Amazon toilet paper delivery down to where the driver is on your block but can't get an accurate tracker let alone meaningful dates when ordering a near 100k truck.

My guess the shortage of some parts may be pushing build. I'm curious how you got a build date as from what I understand build dates are not available on the tracker or even to dealers.
ordered from mark dodge. Maybe they get the insider info being the biggest and best?

Since I ordered, I got the truck for sticker. They were great to work with, and this was the 2nd truck I ordered through them. My previous truck is 22 3500 Limited Megacab SRW. I wouldn't not recommend Dwayne Lane in Everett though. I had a very bad experience with their service department and won't do business with them anymore.
No wonder why yours came quick lol.

Very pretty truck. That's the color I wanted but they were so "wishy-washy" on when the red would be available with Night Edition.
