I am looking for a tool similar to the tool in the attached photo. The tool shown is actually for a Ford 6.0 head bolt to aid in removal.

Unfortunately, the Ford tool has a 1/2 drive socket adapter and a 3/4 drive ratchet female side.

I would like one that was 3/8 drive on both ends. And yes, I understand I could add adapters to the ends to get 3/8!

I use the 28mm socket Geno’s sells, with a 3/8 universal and a long extension.
Thats what I currently use. Heck, I even have Geno’s billet canister cap.

But, what I was thinking was a torque adapter would make all of it way less cumbersome. I can’t believe nobody has made one in all these years.

Its a pretty simple tool to cut out on a CNC machine, including the 3/8” hole for the socket wrench….weld on the 28mm 6 point socket from Geno’s and viola! Perfect tool! Hell, you could even laser etch in the different torque value on the tool itself

What about the one Geno’s sells?

I had one for my 18 but have it to a friend with an 18 when I bought the 22. I find the 28mm socket to be easier to use.

Close enough. I ordered it

Story of my life!

Either way, you gave me the correct tool I need
