I FINALLY got around to testing those terminals and they DO in fact work better than the other gold ones. I used them when I uninstalled my original kit to make a video using my updated kit. Thanks for the InfoI don't know if this will help anyone but if you have any trouble using the 63347-1 terminal you can use the yazaki 7116403802 as an alternative. It looks just like the oem terminal on my 2019 but I cant speak for other years
It will not. The 2025 uses a different electrical system.2025 Power Wagon here. Will this will for my setup?

Only the Cummins trucks have a factory AUX PDC.
PW doesn't have an AUX PDC or any of the wiring for the dash panel.
2025 won't be able to be programmed.

Oh? That sucks. I am adding a 30" LED light bar with my Chassis Unlimited bumper and wanted to run it on factory switches.
I wasn't sure what this meant.

I was dying to ask if you would consider doing just that. Sign me up! I have a 23 and have already purchased the aux switches 68578995AB. Even though I'm a retired dentist my 75 year old hands just don't have the dexterity they once did. Watching your thread I was totally impressed with the precision and attention to detail you utilized in building the harness.Ive had quite a few messages about building a Harness "kit" to add the AUX switches to yalls trucks. If anyone else is interested feel free to PM me. Not looking to make a ton of money on them, just helping out the community.
Kit would include:
-jumper harness from back of Centerstack to the OE harness
-harness from centerstack to AUX PDC to control the Accessories (in the same wire loom as above)
-Wiring for PDC
-Gray OE plugs for side of PDC (only PDC side pinned)
-pins to wire the Acc side of whatever you add later to the truck
-Fuses for PDC except the 25A fuse because they don't come in the pack, I buy so I provide a 30A fuse
-1 extra pin of each connection just in case something happens while hooking everything up. The PDC connections can be a pain so it's easier and cheaper to just provide an extra set of pins.
-Wire diagrams printed out and shipped with the kit. Same ones posted in the thread.
Then shipped to you.. Once again not looking to become Bill Gates on these things. Just know that when I did mine it would save me a ton of time if I had a premade harness.
Only thing you would have to source is the relays. You can get them on Ebay. If you really want me to get them, I can you would just have to pay for the actual cost of them/shipping.
That ground in the plug is the same chassis ground that's everywhere else, they just provided a place to plug one in or, as you say, run it to a busbar.Just got my AUX switches installed on my 2020 6.7 Big Horn.
Big thanks to this thread for all the knowledge.
Ordered my switch panel from a MoparPartsGiant ( Part # 68476031AA) for my case
Huge shout out to @RHD_Godzilla who I bought my harness/ Jumpers/ Fuses/ and Relays from in a kit.
Took my time, his videos are great for referring to and Harrisons Garage video for which Alfa OBD items to turn on.
Labeled my grey plugs with a label maker to know exactly what ports are for what switch once installed.
Cut out the mess of my existing light bars and cleaned up all the wiring hooking up my front bar to #1 and rear pods to #2.
Landed both negatives to one of the body grounds. If I were to have something hooked to all 6 switches I can imagine it might get crowded, anyone put a negative terminal post stud or bus bar to have a place to neatly put all your ground if you have 6 or more.
