There are peeps who have issues with axle geometry with the simple leveling kit up front... Carli recommends the radius arm drops to help geometry and to prevent the spring from "clocking" I think this is the appearance the springs are not linear and look like they're bending... Price keeps climbing

I’m sure they do recommend those, as they stand to make more money on it.

IMO, it’s not an issue worth mentioning, but to each their own. Not exactly a difficult installation down the road if you decide you just gotta have it.
