Off Road app

Hi guys, new member here with a question. I have a 2025 Ram 3500 (first Ram for me) and the Off Road page will not load from the screen. I can open the vehicle page and choose between Towing (which works) or the Off Road page which doesn't work. I have checked for updates and reset the radio twice but it will not load that app or page, the button I press does nothing. Is there anything else I can try before going to the dealer? Thanks

I have this same issue on my 2025 - did you ever figure it out? When you say you "reset the radio", do you mean you did a full Factory reset?

bought mine in June 2025, had the same issue. I think you hold the power button and tuner button at the same time for a few seconds and it does a soft reset of sorts, verify this cause im not sure. I did nothing and mine corrected itself within a month with what I believe is a software update the truck ran itself. others have done the soft reset and the offload pages are accessible on that screen with literally every icon.

Yes, full factory reset fixed it.

I figured I’d just give it a try. Confirmed on mine as well, it did fix it.
