Is it possible for the DPF to get to 100% full in less than 3 days driving?

Yes, but it can also be another issue.

What are the specs on your truck and what exactly is going on?

2022 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. 73k miles.
Bought the truck used. It ran flawless until I installed the Banks Ram and grid heater kit. First day driving after got the DPF full see dealer alarm. Installed new DPF. After install drove the truck, went into regen and after 30-40 minutes DPF to 0. Continued driving for several days, got an under boost alarm. It ended up clearing on its own before I could get the scanner on it. And today it went into another regen, and almost immediately went to DPF full again. I have checked for boost leaks and cannot find any. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It’s not entirely uncommon for CEL’s to appear with the Banks intake. You might get away with a MAF relearn procedure.

Banks is snake oil. Put it back stock and enjoy.
I agree, as finicky as the CGI motors are with soot loading the DPF, I would leave anything that has to do with emissions system stock. It’s enough just to keep that system functioning properly. Unless of course, you have the funds for weight loss surgery.
