Issues in general or does it sound like "Transit Mode" is on?

1) Air Suspension thinks its moving but it is not (Alt Trailer and/or Bed Lowering)?

2) Power adjustable pedals not responding to switch?

3) Issue with receiving phone calls, the other party cannot hear me talking but nothing seems to be muted.

I am going back to dealer for install of the Hard folding cover and will have them look at it, just weird. I cant find anyway to check if it is transit mode without going to dealer to have it scanned.

Any thoughts?

The air suspension might not be able to move depending on the load you have in the bed. On my 2022 Bed lowering mode made an audible air dump but only dropped less than an inch empty.

Are you trying to move the pedals stationary or while driving?

Have you checked for a phone software update?

How many miles on the truck? Ship mode won't stay active once there is 110 miles on the odometer if the dealership forgot to disable it.

No load on the bed.
Trying to set position of seat and pedals while sitting stationary (setting memory).
240 miles on Destroyer.
No updates available for phone.

I will have to get them to scan it and see whats going on, just sucks...

Sounds like the air suspension is probably working normal, but the other things aren't.

I loaded the flatbed with my SxS and measured the height before hand ground to hitch. 21 3/4", after loading it and re=measuring and using the ALT Height button and bed lowering mode.... still 21 3/4" Its not working for sure. I did pop the fuse box open and every single fuse was not seated all the way. Did not change anything but man, one or three I could see but 100%?

I guess it's time for a trip to the dealer.

Try putting the suspension in transport mode and see if it dumps all the air.

The fuses not being seated is a long running thing with Ram. It won't have an effect most of the time, but when it does....

Yes sir! I tried to call my Diesel guy but he must be too busy to answer.

Update - Tech hooked the truck up to the computer and forced it to pump the air suspension. No fault indicators and not in transit mode. The pump ran for about 3 seconds (up or down) and sensors said the action was complete. It is scheduled for a much deeper look on Monday. This might explain why the ride is so rough, it stays in Park level (low). Also possible (not likely) that both leveling sensors are not calibrated.

The power pedals did not respond at all, relay never even clicked under the hood. Tech believes its not "enabled" in the software and he will update all functions on Monday as well.

I am thinking a Friday build... :)

May even get my trade in back for the time it takes to repair.

I haven’t read about it too much really recently, but there was a rash of Gen 4.5 auto-level trucks with mis-calibrated sensors for a few years.. so I wouldn’t be too surprised if they are out of whack.

Update: Power pedals were disconnected at the steering wheel, jack was just hanging and required the steering wheel to be removed, plugged in and worked fine. Air suspension is still a no go, tech has opened a STAR case for it. The system will receive the command for "Bed Lowering", says its completed on the display but returns "no response" on the diagnostics. Same when it is commanded to level. I really think I got a Friday or Monday morning build :)

In the mean time, I am stuffed into a Totota Camry, they are not made for large mammals..

Bummer on the suspension.

Can you post up a photo of what your leaf springs look like? I’ve heard about some changes for the 25+ trucks.

Update 12 Nov: Ram has instructed my HD Diesel Tech to replace the Compressor and Compressor Control Module, 7 days lead time. We are heading on a trip so it will wait until Dec for the repair, sucks but what can I do? I will not be towing much more than 3000 pounds this trip, it wont be sagging.
