What did you do TO your RAM today?

I need to research a little more on the best way to route the rear facing camera cable. I tapped into constant power and switched put in the overhead light console.

I installed a dual dash cam setup recently. I used a Dongar Technologies usb splitter in the mirror cover, routed up to the headliner and tucked it in over to the driver side pillar. Removed the pillar cover and tucked behind the wiring bundle ensuring it didn't impede the airbag in any way. Pulled down the rubber seal over to the side pillar and routed behind the headliner again to the side pillar, and tucked the cable over the top of the pillar to the rear window. Pulled down the rubber seal and repeated to the back window. At this point I realized I had way more cable than needed so I bundled the excess and tucked it behind the rear corner cover and routed behind the headliner again to the camera. Replaced all seals and pillar covers and done.

So you are saying that you now have a cargo/bed camera now by using this splitter?
 
Possibly. These type of cameras aren't meant for close up type of work, they are wide angle designed to take in a larger extended view. The bigger blocker would be they all have tiny screens making real time viewing challenging.

So you routed the rear camera cable above the can along the top of the door edge tucked into the headliner? On my 2022 Ram 1500, I started at the mirror console area, tucked into headliner along the windshield, down the passenger a-pillar, behind passenger kick panel into the channel along the door sill past the b-pillar up the c-pillar into the headliner and to mounted rear camera.

In real world testing I found that wouldn't work as the black frame around the window interferes and blocks partially, doesn't make that much of difference in my case. I'm not worried so much about full side to side viewing as i am about what's coming up behind me, and in that it works perfectly.
 
New to the HD RAM Tradesman a 22 model 6.4 added the bed step today, a couple of weeks ago i put 35” Kenda Klever MT2 tires on 17” AEV wheels no lift maybe a level coming, LED bulbs hi and low beams made a drastic difference. Oh a ranch hand brush guard i paint matched it matte patriot blue. Love how it towed my camper 5000# .

Any rubbing without a level?
 
Today I installed Torque Lift camper tie down mounting points. I must say I'm impressed with the quality and fit. They're also built pretty darn stout. The hardest part of the whole install was removing and reinstalling the parking brake cable, which wasn't bad
